Everything went well. The managers were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The selection is expansive. The only complaint I would have is that it took almost 2 hours for the doctor to approve my diagnosis. The only way I could check out and finish was to have the diagnosis approved. But the manager was really nice and she apologized for the wait and explained what was going on.

No notification when order arrived
No one called to let me know my contacts had come in. I didn’t get a text or email either. When I called to check on the order, they had been there for almost 2 weeks.

From the very beginning
From the very beginning, no one was really friendly and could not answer my question at all, there was only one person that seem to know what she was doing. Wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for glasses and contacts with insurance. The whole experience with them was not pleasant, and we will not be returning

“glasses & contacts”
only reason i’m leaving 2 stars is because of the staff! all the ladies are so nice.
went in for new glasses AND CONTACTS.
over $600 later… & i only got glasses!!
i go online to check my order & it’s ready for pickup. i never got any notification, i had to check.
i go in & they only gave me a TRAIL pair of contacts. i asked for glasses AND contacts. i wouldn’t have spent $600+ if i had known i wasn’t getting contacts. none of that was communicated during the EXAMS. had an exam for contacts, fitted & had to put them in, left with a pair & was told i could pick up everything in about a week. over a week later & only got glasses.
