The staff was very nice and friendly.

I went in to replace my frames because they broke. The employee told me I should get a new prescription and redo my glasses for $600 because y frame was discontinued, only to find out that one of the frames they had was so similar to mine that y lenses fit and I only spent $120.

My partner was overcharged for polycarbonate which was included on the first lenses for free but for some reason it was $94 for the second pair. They also told her that the anti glare would be $30 each pair and it turned out to be $60 each pair.

I went in the next day to pickup my glasses and they weren't ready even though I showed up an hour after I was told to come in. The employees were helping other customers, giving them priority because they still needed to lay, instead of paying attention to a customer that had already paid for an order.

I saw a lady leave because she wasn't acknowledged in over 20 minutes.

I feel robbed and strongly dissatisfied with the service. I am not even sure that this is the correct prescription.

Were great with the actual eye exam but loved how fast I received my new glasses!

Hopefully this helps you be a lot more transparent because I don’t understand how purchasing a pair of glasses could cost $800 for just the lenses to be specific I informed the rep that I was using my own frames before anything was agreed on the eye exam went well no problem there but I wasn’t told about all the stuff that would be a part of the lenses in the end I supposedly got a $300 discount based on my insurance but am still confused as to how only lenses can cost $400 and something dollars

Very professional atmosphere customer service was welcoming made me want to continue bringing my business there. Associate asked open-ended questions and provided me with the necessary answers and reference to my concerns.
