The service was spectacular, everyone was professional and personable, which made the experience pleasurable. Although my glasses were not a good fit for my specific prescription, I still appreciated all the time and effort that everyone took to try their best to accommodate me. It was much appreciated!!

Had an issue regarding insurance and was given wrong info. The manager was upset and I explained the associate was absolutely amazing she just didn't give enough info needed. The manager advised she would use the experience as a learning experience which is what she should have done. We had a great experience with both ladies.

Although I was a walk-in
Although I was a walk-in, I expected something different. I walked in around 11:15 and got an 11:30 appointment. 11:30 rolls around and another customer comes in with an 11:30 appointment. His was scheduled, so I knew he was going to get called first. But if there is only one of you, why would you give me the same appointment as him. I would have been perfectly fine with an 11:45 or noon appointment. Now I have to wait. I didn't like that. Then, I explain, I ONLY want an eye exam, but now you try to sell me on your promo and I now have to wait for you to process the new glasses, when I could have just paid and left. I didn't object and said go ahead and process the glasses and donate them. I already donated 6 used glasses when I came in. And I never saw the doctor on the TV like last time. One nice thing, they did work very fast

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with "good morning" and a smile! Something you don't see very often these days when visiting a business. Brooke was very helpful in helping me find glasses, speaking to my insurance company, and getting me through the process of having my eyes checked. All while also assisting others.
Arlene was also very helpful when I went in to pick up my glasses. She also greeted me with a smile and "hello." Truly felt like a valued customer and not a number.

Exchange Contacts
I was told by Acuvue that I could trade my old, unused contracts in on the new ones for an exchange. Then the location I went to said no their location didn’t do that but check with Corporate. They indicated no they don’t do that, check with Acuvue. Which again said yes the location should exchange them. Now nobody responds to my emails from either company, they ignore me. Frustrated to say the least.
