The best customer service and glasses I've ever had
The customer service always makes you feel welcome never makes you feel silly for asking simple questions and makes you feel like you're welcome wanted and they bend over backwards to please you with your glasses and not only that the glasses are better than any I have ever gotten anywhere else.

Honesty in pricing
Went in for 2 pair for $79 and added a pair of safety glasses. I added transition on one pair of glasses and the safety glasses. The first quote was $790 !! So I took off the transition and it only went down $150. They charge $199 for transition. Long story short i still paid $490 for 2 pair @ $79 and a pair of safety glasses. So if you add $199 transition and you take it off it only takes off $150.???? What kind of math is that?
