My wife and I each ordered 2 sets of…

My wife and I each ordered 2 sets of glasses (sunglasses and clear glasses). Out of the 4 pair of glasses only 1 was usable. After a month of them messing around remaking glasses only 1 pair was usable. Issues stemmed from the local store not getting the replacements ordered to the corporate lab not grinding the lenses properly. I finally demanded our money back. My wife's glasses were refunded within a day. However, the card I had used to pay initially had been compromised so now I have to wait 30 days for my refund. I can say nothing good about the Stanton Optical store in Las Cruces, NM and the corporation in general appears no better.

Everything

Everything. I drove back for contacts after calling to make sure they were there. The contacts were not there. I did get them mailed to me but I can’t put them in so a waist of time & money.

Aria is eight years old from Virginia…

Aria is eight years old from Virginia and was very nervous to get her eyes examined. She was welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and the young lady was very reassuring, friendly and helpful and helped her pick out glasses before even going for the exam. The tech was also very warm and reassuring . She went out of her way to make Aria feel at ease and worked well to complete the eye exam most professionaly. Aria loves the glasses and can see so much better.

Not what I want the order was not right just because I was white no one wanted to wait on me that I how I felt holding on conversation with each other instead of ask I did never go back

I walked in and asked if they took…

I walked in and asked if they took walk-ins and they had me in with their specialist within 30 minutes and then my glasses were ready by the end of the day.

Terrible communication skills from…

Terrible communication skills from person who did eye exam.I was charged for a glaucoma screening that I wasn’t aware I agreed upon.

Also sales person who handled my transaction struggled with trying to create invoice. What should have been a quick visit took way too long.

I have been referring all my friends…

I have been referring all my friends and family since I went in.....I was just a walk in and I was In and out with in an hour and not even 10 days and I have my glass as soon as I walked in a greeted by sergio great customer service from the back to the front thank u so much Stanton

There was a mistake with a pair of…

There was a mistake with a pair of sunglasses that got mix up and they fixed completely, no problems at all. Definitely recommend if your on a tight budget!.

Great experience over all

Great experience over all! Easy, fast, and cheaper than other places. $79 for two glasses is a great deal for paying out of pocket. I paid a little more over $100 due to adding the Glaucoma Screening Test just as precaution for myself. They had some technical difficulties on my first day there and had to come back a second day but honestly not even that big of a deal for me. My schedule is pretty open so no issue for me there since they have extended hours as well! Thank you Stanton staff for a good experience on my first time getting glasses!

When I went in at the time

When I went in at the time, I really needed help to get new glasses mine were very old and falling and breaking apart. I called. I got an appointment the same day within minutes and within a week and a half. I had new glasses I had no issues, no problems, no troubles they were professional staff, and they helped me and I appreciate them and I love my new glasses
