Terrible customer service. I was yelled at by an employee when I was trying to ask questions. Charged 30% tax. Massive scam! We will never recommend or come back to this horrible business.

I didn't like the fact that a doctor was NOT in the office. All providers are virtual and I felt that took away the personal connections. I also didn't like the fact that the DMV report had to be emailed to me 5-7 business days later! By the way, I never received the email for it. Instead, the day I went to pick up my sons glasses they wrote the reference number on a sticky note instead of printing it out for me.

Customer service on the initial visit was great, 5 stars. The next two times I came in to try to pick up my prescription I was met with hostility and attitude. This does not apply to all employees but just one in particular.

The exam was okay could have spent more time with the optician.
The exam was okay. However, when I went to pick up the 2 pair of glasses, the clerk was not focused on me. The clerk while assisting me was talking to whoever asked a question. One pair of glasses was tight. When the clerk went to fix them, the clerk was moving my glasses in the machine without looking while having an eye to eye conversation with a customer that just walked in. Now the glasses are concave and unwearable. Horrible experience to say the least.

Don’t bring insurance.
Staff pulled the wrong insurance and would not make corrections. They did not tell us until after the eye exam (if you would even call it that) Ended up having to pay for the whole thing when insurance would have covered all but $10.00. Not a good experience. Do not recommend this place, definitely not with insurance.
