This experience was great because it wasn’t what I expected. I was thinking that I would’ve had a big price way over my head for my glasses and actually affordable than what I thought way more than I thought. Great service great team great environment atmosphere 10 10 will recommend me.

Making an appointment online was so easy. Once I arrived for the appt, the wait wasn't long at all. The employees were all very friendly. There was a great selection of eyeglasses to choose from. The glasses came in faster than what we were told so that was nice.
Quick easy couldn't understand the eye doctor who sounded like a robot on the tv monitor screen he was talking super fast and with his accent couldn't understand anything at all I had to make out wat he was saying and I said she can't understand he just kept talking
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even attentive and apologetic when they were having technical issues. Would go back again.

My order took over a month. No one called to let me know there was a delay. Customer service person acted like it was no big deal. Offered no resolution. Stopped by the store and they were to have the manager call me. That never happened. Would not recommend

Scheduling the appointment was okay but not so much when we were trying to contact the office on the day of to let them know that we were running late due to thunderstorms. You cannot call directly to the office. There was a language barrier when dealing with the call center. There was also an issue when trying to contact the office to update my prescription. I could not get in touch with anyone from the office so I stopped by the location to update the prescription. I was told that I would receive an email with the updated prescription but never received anything. I ordered contacts from the office and 2 weeks later never received anything notification that they arrived. I ended up having to randomly stop by to find that the contacts had been delivered. I would not refer anyone to go through this!
I had my eye exam. It went okay. I ordered no line bifocal glasses. I picked up my glasses . I went home and tried to grade homework papers. It was impossible. I could not clearly see from the bifocal part of my glasses. I will be returning them and giving Stanton an opportunity to make this right when they adjust them.
I was able to get in to pick some frames I like 1/2 hour before closing, it normally takes me an hour because I'm indecisive but happened to find a pair of ombre that was on the desk that someone else may have tried on or ordered.
