Great value
I have acute cataracts so I am waiting for my regular ophthalmologyst to green light my cataract surgery. I had gone months without being able see clearly. it was a challenge to find a prescription that worked for me. For under$200 I walked out with two pair of glasses that allowed me to see again. My 84 year old mother is a patient at the Namoa office as well.

Customer service was good but makes everything an up-sell. You need to pay extra for any little thing. And the kicker, you don’t even see the doctor unless you pay more! I have never been to an office where I didn’t see the doc the entire visit. But this fictional doc will somehow write recommendations for you - that, of course, cost extra to do

The service and customer attention was…
The service and customer attention was good. However, I have not figured out how Stanton Optical advertisements (two pairs of glasses for $79 and same day service) correlate with a final bill of $375 for one pair and having to wait more than a week to get them. That feels like fraudulent advertising. I will go back to Lens Crafters where I know that I can get 2 pair of bifocals the same day of service.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE
The worst experience ever. Delayed order by 2 weeks due to an error made by the assistant at Stanton. Then glasses get here and wrong script! Another 2 weeks to correct. I needed these for work as a driver causing me to miss 2 weeks of work. The resolution was to off a free pair of untinted glasses that it has been 3 weeks and still have not received. It’s been weeks and I am still angry.

Some people were great and friendly
Some people were great and friendly. Some I feel need to see a kid is nervous and not bring stuff up till we need too. The doctor just fitted him with glasses and we bought glasses. In a week my kid said he doesn’t wear them because they gave him a headache. So I took him in and the doctor (who fitted him for glasses the first time) said he doesn’t need glasses now but has dry eyes. Why didn’t he check for dry eyes when we walked in. He’s the doctor. He can’t see his eyes are dry?
