I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stanton Optical. From the moment I walked in, I was a very nervous woman—but I walked out feeling more pleased than I have in all my 67 years.

We had a great first experience! Will be back!
We had a great first experience with Stanton Optical! I brought my teenage son in for an exam, and glasses 🤓. Everything was quick, and easy. We got everything, including 2 pairs of glasses that he LOVES without insurance for less than $250. They were ready the same day! I was so surprised that I had to call, and make sure that was correct! I will be back to get my own new glasses next. We have already told people about the low cost and ease. We will definitely be back! Thanks!!

Person who did my exam was very distracted and slow don’t read my current glasses which resulted in tying up the doctor received my glasses and were wrong the lady read them and confirmed that they were wrong. Sent them back and they are still wrong. Very disappointed waisted over a month. Went to a different eye doctor today for an exam and they verified the prescription is off very disappointed and waisted my money and time

Honestly there are 4 employees and they are not even on the same page. Communication between them and customers is poor. Telehealth dr messed up the script and had to pay more to a different place to get it corrected. They were not even close to being right and customer service is lacking

The staff changes have made a HUGE NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!! The staff actually calls you and texts you to let you know your products have arrived and they have all of the lights on during the day to actually look open!

My son had broken my only pair of glasses. When I came in a few days later they got my eyes examined and a pair of glasses that would work until my lenses came in. Without my glasses I can't hardly see. They understood that I need to be able to see since I have a rowdy toddler at home.

Staff was knowledgeable. Went in at opening & the door kept swinging! The office was devided & the girls had to keep going back & forth to get the job done. Than the state came in to check for proper licensing! Other than the constant interruptions the experience was ok!
