Stanton Optical - Oklahoma City (Penn Park) Reviews 

First it took over 3 weeks to get my glasses when I did get them the prescription was wrong so I took them back come to find out they put the wrong lenses in the wrong sides so now I have to send them back and wait 2 more weeks (what I was told the first time it took over 3 weeks!!!) to get my glasses !😡😡😡

everyone was super nice and super helpful on things i may have not understood. all around great experience. there was a lady that was in training and she did absolutely amazing (they also had my glasses back to me the same day so that was sick)

The Penn park team were excellent.

Everyone was very friendly, I was told what I could possibly expect if extra fees should pop up. I really didnt want bifocal but im glad I did get them I can see so much better and read small print great.

had a great experience the people that worked there are very knowledgeable and help me get the best deal and even help me repair my old glasses be in a truck driver. I am bound by certain regulations and are an is required to carry two pairs of glasses that helped me get that at a very reasonable price thank you very much.

Eye exam was not free ($25).

Everyone was super supportive and understanding. Even helped me with explanation of my eye sights.

There was a promotion for 2 pairs of glasses for 79$. When I got up to the counter it was over $300.

I really appreciated the walkin option the service techs were very nice they had a good selection of frames and also add-ons like blue light protection and it was decently priced. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to be the one to call and check the status of my order I was told that I would get a call. So a week and a half pass by and I called to check the status and they had already been in for almost a week. I was really frustrated that there was no notification sent and there was no call out to me. After I called to take an expressed my concerns about why I wasn't contacted I received the email saying that my order was ready and don't forget about my glasses lol. Overall great experience I just wish they would have contacted me when my glasses were ready.

Needed to get an eye exam for new contacts. Before the exam, they said I may need bifocal. Did the exam, and my prescription went from L -3.25 and R -3.75 to-4.0 for both. Tried the contacts for a couple days, and my sight was worse. Did a recheck and was given a L -3.75 and R -4.25. They insisted on bifocal contacts. Tried them for 3 days. One eye could see close but not far, the other was opposite. Also started getting headaches behind my eyes. Went to a different optometrist, my script ended up being -3.25 and -3.75. They luckily refunded both orders for contacts, too bad I didn't get back my eye exam money.
Never had an issue the prior years using this location, don't know what changed.

I was really in a bind, as I couldn't pay half for the glasses, I really didn't want to go into overdraft but it is what it is, the associates was very kind

Staff is always great when I go to Stanton optical in Okc. Marshall and Madison are the best!!

This has been by far one of the best optometrist I have been to. One, they take walk-ins. Two, they have the best prices in the city. Three, they are able to make glasses same day in store. So you don't have to wait weeks for them to come in. They run multiple specials as well. All of the employees were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied. The fact that they go out of their way to see how much money they can save you, and give you the best deal possible, shows their character. Versus other optometrists who are always overcharging for contacts and glasses. This is a very honest company who truly cares about its customers. This will be the only place I come to from now on.
