I didn't like the fact that I thought I might be paying around $79 for two pairs. I figured I'd be paying a little more, but I didn't think I'd be paying $412

All the employees were so helpful and nice! I’m especially grateful for the eye test tech that helped me, as I ended up choosing the glasses he was wearing for my own glasses lol. Yeah so 10/10

My son's eye exam with you said he had 20 50 vision and then you sold me glasses. I came and picked them up the next day and when my son tried them on, his vision was blurry. We had his Dr do a quick eye exam without glasses on and it turns out, my son has 20 20 vision. I then went to your store a third time to get a refund and not once, did the lady apologize to me for all of my wasted time and gas. Yes, I got the refund, but a little hospitality in this situation would've went a long way.

Super friendly and extremely helpful! Best value I have ever seen. I went to America’s Best and paid $195 (plus my $10 copay) and only got 1 pair of glasses. I came to Stanton and got 2 pairs and paid exactly the same amount, $195.

You have good people working for you & are trust worthy

The people in person were great but the exam through zoom was rough. Also on the side of the building it says two pairs for $79 and free eye exam. I managed to spend $300 on two pairs and they did not even work for my nephew. I know there’s no way to get a refund so I’m literally out $300. It was just a horrible aftermath.

The initial service was great, easy & fast. They were professional from the moment I walked in, to when I picked up my glasses. Upon picking them up we noticed that the frames were excessively bent and they attempted to fix them but was unable to do so. They asked my to come back in at a later date for someone else to try and fix the issue. The second time I came back they were able to bend them back, but after leaving I started having issues with the screw on the right arm backing itself out. I brought the glasses back for a third time and they put an over-sized screw in to fix the issue, which it did not. The screw still backed itself out and the arm at this point was very loose even when re-tightened. I called customer support to see if they would swap the frames out for a matching pair that hadn’t been bent multiple times and had a mismatched screw put in. They simply said no, and that I would have to pay out of pocket..

I had these glasses for less than a few weeks and had more issues with them than my previous ones that were a few years old. They refunded me my entire bill without hesitation but I don’t understand why they couldn’t just swap the existing frames with the same style?

It takes an hour to get my glasses together. Also nobody mentioned the warranty until the last day of it, but customer service doesn't have any idea of what each location allows for the warranty.

Well, where do I start, I OWED over a hundred dollars to get my Glasses and Shanny PAID my glasses off when I came into pick them up, I DID NOT expect that! That, to me, IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!😎😎😎😎😎😎😎.
