Joni the manager and her crew did a great job of making me comfortable, since it's my first pair of glasses. The eye exam was very thorough. Ms Joni helped me pick out frames that looked good and fitted my face as well as my prescription. When the glasses came in she made sure that they fitted probably. Very pleased with the experience.

They double and triple book time slots, be prepared to wait!
Scheduled for 1230, came at 1220. 3 people walked in just before us. It was unclear if they were a walk in or quadruple booked with us at 1230 but we were finally seen about one hour later. The tech said that corporate books more than one person per appointment time? Our tech was nice and obviously stressed, however if this is really corporates policy to book 4 people for one appointment time slot - then you need to change your methods. Go to something like cost cutter, you check in, they call you back, you OBVIOUSLY know you are in a que- you know you will have to wait. You need your times filled and I get that, but our time is valuable also. Charge the people that no show not the ones who arrive on time and early. For the second time very dissatisfied with Stanton optical and do not recommend there services. Will give them props for same day optometrist availability . . . but I am not sure the tradeoff is worth it.

It was my first time getting an eye exam, and I have never had glasses before. These guys took care of me every step of the way! The lady who did the exam was very nice and professional, and the lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very kind and helpful!! 10/10 would recommend :) thank you!

Something seems wrong!
I received my order 1 week after my appt. My new lenses were ok but I was struggling to focus when using my bifocals. Today, day 2, I can hardly focus at all with either my bifocal or the regular(distance?) part of the lense. 😟
