The technicians were great. They explained everything they were doing step by step. The end game was awesome. I don't remember ever being able to see this clearly 👍👍👍👍👍

The Eye Exam went smoothly and the employees who helped were kind and professional, I'm bad with names so I can't quote them here. It was a blonde woman who gave the exam, a woman with black hair who... See more

I was not impressed with this…

I was not impressed with this experience at all. From the beginning that I went into the appointment with my son, I felt the lady that took us to the back didn’t even explain the processes. I told her that my son was a minor where did she take him. Cause she took him first to the machine to check his eyes. She then took him into another room by himself with explaining anything or letting me know Nothing. We both had appointments, and she was just annoyed from the start and her whole attitude was just shitty as hell. And then when she finally took me to a room with a tel med doc I asked her where is my son what’s going on. She’s like he’s fine. He’s doing his ones and 1s and 2s I was like OK well how am I gonna know what the tele doc says or what’s gonna happen? She went on to say he’s fine he’ll be taken to the front when he’s done. I was like ok you could of explained yall process and what’s gonna happen. Hes a minor and I am the parent paying for the damn exam. She said well he’s ok. Getting the glasses on the floor was ok but getting my glasses after 2 weeks was a nightmare!!!! 3 different times they could not get me a correct prescription. I had my old prescription from the yr before and glasses I had two yrs ago and I could see better in them then all the prescriptions they did for me. When I finally asked for a refund they only were gonna refund me $56 that’s not even a sum of what I paid. I couldn’t believe it. I was like what why? They said the tele med docs are paid for and the only thing left was a small part for the lenses. But that’s not what they took from me at the time I paid. They told me they could use my last yr prescription to do my new glasses can you believe that! I paid for them to give me a new prescription and paid for progressive lens and this is what I get a old prescription that does not work because my eyes have gotten worse. I will never go back. For a basic prescription maybe they can do but hold your breath if you want a correct prescription. Cheap is not always better. What I thought was going to be a deal for me to get 2 glasses and progressive lens turned out to be just as expensive for me to just go to the more expensive optometrist. Ughh what a mess

I was having a problem with my nose…

I was having a problem with my nose pieces starting to rub my nose and make it sore. So I went in to get and adjustment. The woman that waited on was not pleasant. I told what was wrong and her replies was " Well what do you want to due?" Like I am the expert here. So i suggested that we open up the nose. This the same woman that gave me my glasses when they first came in. She just handed them to me and as soon as she could went back to a personal call. She never fitted the glasses to my face. This was wrong from the start. I won't be returning.

Cost effective but less than ideal

The eye exam was terrible I understand that remote helps to cut cost but I feel in the end I ended up with transition lens that are not what I was expecting
I have had transition lens for quite a while and these do not measure up for what I do
The cost was ok but the service in the end was less than expected

Im giving 3 stars because I felt like one of the female workers could of had better customer service, I felt like she acted snarky at times and talked about how she wished by next week she could be on an island and making faces as more customers came in.

I went in to order contacts

I went in to order contacts, I told him I wanted to get away from the weekly contacts and go to monthly, first off he argued with me and told me I had been using the bifocal contacts and I told him no sir did not like them so I went with the weekly anyway he argued a little more on that then I told him I wanted monthly and green contacts he didn’t let me choose the green I wanted, next thing I know he had already placed my order with the green he chose and also ordered negative 8 when I’ve never used that my contacts are -7.50 so these are too strong so I will not be coming back
