People who help?
Where did all people go? I had a remarkable experience with the doctor and her associates. Very happy! But it fell down for there. I shopped for frames (too big) by myself and made decisions by myself. The upshot is that I returned the first pair because it falling off my head despite several fitting and had another pair ordered.

The service is good
The service is good, but they give a delivery date for the glasses and then don't meet it. You call, they give you a date, but when you go to the store the glasses aren't ready.

Remote eye exam was awful. Upselling extreme.
THe remote eye exam was awful. Unlike every other
eye exam i have had (i am77 yrs old) we never saw clear images. The sellingup (from the bargains adverstised) was extreme. Your goal is to sell the mpst expensve lenses possible.

Understaffed location
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The selection was pretty good and the prices were great. Unfortunately, there just weren't enough staff to help all the customers and I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for a staff person to be available to order my glasses. But he was really nice and took care of my order very quickly!

Very incompetent staff member
I have had multiple mishaps at this location. I believe all by the same incompetent employee. She does everything wrong, doesn't take accountability or even apologize for wasting your time. First, placed an order incorrectly. Then said glasses were ready to pick up and in hand when they were not, wasting one trip. They somehow ordered a wrong prescription, and we had to come back. Did not take accountability or apologize. They started to cut new glasses and again cut the wrong prescription on first pair and tried to deny it. They stopped the second cut midway because they realized it was also the wrong one. No apology. While I did eventually get my glasses, it took an extra 2 trips and an extra 3 hours wait time on the last day with not even an apology.
