Be more about the customer instead of up selling and false information. The ball was dropped I came in for the 2 pair for 79.99 and paid over $200 and only received one pair when I picked out 2 frames. Then was told it is was a miscommunication there was no empathy what so ever.

Very happy with my experience
I had a great experience. Everyone was very professional and they got my progressive glasses correct on the first try. I was also given options to try multi vision contacts, which I didn't even know existed. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will be using them again myself.
