They continue to send me multiple text messages a day (and night) about missed appointments, missed meetings, employee reviews, etc when I don’t even work there! I bought a pair of glasses two years ago and now this is what’s happening. Can’t get them to stop. The phone numbers that call me all lead back to Stanton and I actually speak to their customer service and then get transferred to the store in Toledo OH. So it’s them and not scammers. They will not remove my information so this does not keep happening. They think it’s funny that someone from their company is doing this to their customers. Then all they do is just deny it’s them. I gave them the phone numbers that are contacting me and told them to call them and see who they end up talking to but they refuse to even step up to help resolve anything happening on their end. This is now harassment by their company and I’m going to have to take legal action to get them to stop.

When I got the glasses I put on both pairs briefly but one pair I really liked. I wore those for a few weeks and when I was ready to try the other glasses I realized they were a little off. Other than that I loved everything about Stanton. The staff are all so professional and offer admirable service !

I couldn’t see out of the new glasses I was tested for TWICE. Now I’m told to go to another professional eye doctor to get another script! I’m gonna have to have a full refund!

I received a text message that stated my glasses are in. Only the glasses came in, the sunglasses did not. Immediately upon putting the new glasses on my vision was very blurry and was not corrected as I expected. The technician told me to wear them for a while and let my eyes adjust. Then the technician did very little to ensure the glasses fit my face correctly. I wore the glasses home and the rest of the evening and my eyes never adjusted. I will be returning my glasses and asking for a full refund. This would be the third time in a row going to Stanton optical where either my wife and or myself had to return glasses to get them corrected.

The eye exam was lousy. The new glasses are worse than my old glasses. The fitting was rushed and the glasses sit noticably crooked on my face. I was never told that the "deal" only covered a limited field of vision. I would have paid more for real glasses if someone had mentioned that. The employee that took my information on arrival didn't tell the employee setting me up for the exam that I was there and I sat waiting unnoticed until the next appointment showed up. The employee then blamed me for not sitting in a chair visible from the other end of the store and made me wait until after the person that had just arrived was done. The worst part is that the glasses are unusable and I feel cheated out of what I paid.
