Ophthalmologist and glass customer service was amazing.
Tela health for my grandbaby was not a good idea but we tried it. I was not real impressed with the staff in the Dr. office not real personable did t wipe down the machines or anything .They were going to give her a proscription for glasses however I spoke with the staff on the glasses side , they were very pleasant and helpful.I let them know she still wasn’t able to see…. So we made an appointment to come in and I’m so glad I did. If we could get the same energy on the Dr. side as the glasses side service would be absolutely amazing.My grandbaby had a great experience, your ophthalmologist was phenomenal. Most likely the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of doctor her bedside manner and everything was amazing. I will definitely come to see her again..

Replacement frame
I've been coming here for a few years now to get my eye test and glasses, and I'm always really pleased with the excellent customer service I've always received.
616/26 I went to pick a replacement frame and happened to mention that I could see much better with one pair of glasses than the other. Without hesitation, the tech lady asked me to take them off and she took some measurements. She then asked if it was okay to send them back for correction. To me, that's great customer service not to mention that it's much cheaper than anywhere else.

The Doctor was great. She was very thorough. Finding that I had several types of cataracts and explained everything very well. Office staff is wonderful. They took care of everything, making an appointment for me with Triad and called to let me know the time and date. Very pleased with Stanton Optical, they go above and beyond. First rate and I bwould highly recommend them.

Chad hooked me up with 50% off the lenses since I’m combat nurse I’m not able to get discounts cause I just turned 50 and medicare evidently didn’t pay anything. The only question I have is I have Medicaid and I was told Medicaid covered the lenses so if they do want my pay for lenses cause I have Medicaid/Soonercare

I love my glasses
