Went to pick up my glasses
Went to pick up my glasses, was told I needed to wait for the tech to come back from lunch. I had just picked up a pair a couple of weeks ago without a tech. In fact I ordered another pair from the same lady that handed me my glasses last pick up. She is not a tech. I was not told I needed an appointment to pick up glasses. I have had other costomer service issues with this store before. Thought I would give them another chance, big mistake. I just want a refund. Stanton will no longer be my choice for eye care.

My insurance sent me there because it covers upon going through The process they said it didn't cover. So I don't understand. Also why does everyone want to sell you scratch proof etc. Just simple glasses for reading please. The staff is great just let me pick what I want
