What I disliked about Stanton Optical…
What I disliked about Stanton Optical is that you do a virtual eye exam, some employees are not as customer friendly and my eye glasses are not adjusted for my eyes but with all that said, I did speak with a Stephanie on 5 May 2026 and she told me I could come in and re-examine the glasses. Then will see if there may be a difference, then I’ll send another review if I am aloud too!

I paid for contacts and vision testing that did not assist in my vision. I will not be using Stanton again and will let anyone who listens know they are not capable of addressing any vision that is considered different

The staff was great and they had a good selection of frames to choose from! The lab messed up my order and they had to be remade. I still don't have them back.

No better customer service anywhere else.
The first two attempts at an appointment backfired one on myself and second with their system crashing. The day their system crashed I stayed in hopes they would come back up in time to get somewhere in my exam. I ended up having to reschedule, however Victor thanked me for my patience and friendly attitude. He then proceeded to bless me the next day saving me 700 dollars. I can’t express my gratitude but can proudly say I won’t ever be going anywhere else for my glasses. Not only did they have a very catching selection but very friendly and costumer focused environment.
Thank you Victor you will certainly see me again.

Very professional and efficient…
Very professional and efficient employees. One employee stayed over her shift to make sure customers were taken care of. I wasn’t sure about the virtual visit but ended up loving it, quick and easy! While I was looking at glasses I overheard a customer being very rude and disrespectful to the employee helping her and she handled the situation very professionally and did not loose her integrity even with all the insults. I will definitely recommend Stanton Optical to everyone. 10/10!
