Any promotions that they give read the fine print and they are gonna milk whatever you think the promo is until the last second when you are ready to pay for your visit
I didn’t feel like a patient I felt like someone being sold and they made me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t know when the promotion ended and the fine print. My eyes had been blurry at night and giving me a stigma for almost a year. I just wanted glasses

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS THE WORST. THEY DONT GREET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ARRIVED 5 MINUTES PRIOR JUST TO WAIT AROUND FOR TWO HOURS FOR AN EYE EXAM. THE ASSOCIATE CALLED ME LIZA THE ENTIRE TIME AFTER I CORRECTED HER MULTIPLE TIMES THAT ISNT MY NAME. WE WASTED MORE TIME WITH HER TRYING TO MAKE ME USE MY INSURANCE. I STATED MULTILE TIMES IM HERE FOR THE DEAL ONLY. I STATED ILL RETURN LATER WAS TOLD THEY CLOSE AT 7 IT WAS IN FACT 6. I CAN TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY & SAY I COULDVE DOUBLED CHECKED ONLINE BUT I WAS VERY UPSET ABPOUT THE DRIVE AND NOT GETTING MY GLASSES THAT SAME DAY. UPON RETURNING THE FOLLOWING DAY TO GET MY GLASSES THAT WERE ALREADY PAID FOR I HAD TO WAIT AGAIN TO GET MY GASSES. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FASTEST STEP. I PAID THE DAY PRIOR ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SIGN A PAPER AND WALK OUT. WHY IS THE MANAGER SITTING IN THE BACK "HANDLING GLASSES" BUT YET HES JUST STANDING THERE WIPING OFF MULTIPLE GLASSES. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Transition was not included but I requested it.
Glasses took longer than expected for me to pick them up. Besides I had requested transition on the progressive pair and I had paid for it, however when I picked them up the glasses were not transition and they wanted to charge me for that because they did not include it before. I won’t ever use their service again

I went wanting only an eye exam
I went wanting only an eye exam. I was seen by a tech only, was charge for a contact lenses exam but received glasses exam.
I asked them if it was correct and of course it wasnt, then i was taken to the room to try contacts without doing the exam again. Ended up leaving that day with contacts that were not the right ones for me, ended up with headache and had to remove them. Then they called me 5-6 times to go back and even left a voice message saying i wouldnt be charge for a new text exam, got there and they proceeded to tell me i had to pay for exam. So unprofessional, and everything was handled in a rush
