They didn’t graduate my bifocals lenses correctly and when I went back to store to complain about it and the guy response was that it was a health issue with my eyes and I need to see an eye doctor ( he brushed me off). I insist that my eyes where ok and the assistant told to tilt my eye glasses and I literally had to remove them from my face to be able to read, finally they saw the problem and tells me they were going to fix it. 2nd visit, they didn’t have the correct glasses. 3rd visit, finally get it right, very disappointed

had a very positive experience at Stanton Optical in West Palm Beach. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my glasses fit comfortably and correctly.
The office was well organized, and everything moved efficiently without feeling rushed. I appreciated how attentive they were and how they made sure I was satisfied before I left.

Prescription not good at all
Prescription not good at all. Told to let eyes adjust a week and come back. Not new to wearing these types of lens. Only happy with frame and lady that helped with frame...Will have to take more time out of schedule to get this corrected now. Plan to speak with manager.

I called them out on it and was quickly compensated with another set of contact boxes, and Mike corrected measurements & lens quality for the glasses I was ill-advised on...I am happy with the end result now and I love my new glasses!

Horrible experience Too much to mention.
Where can I start? Misrepresentation on prices and services. Eye test and 1 pair of glasses way more expensive than advertised prices. Quality is terrible. Truly worst quality ever. ‘Fitting’ is a joke. Just basically putting up with them sliding down my nose, falling off my face at this point. Back to square one saving to buy a proper pair after wasting all that money.
