I paid the 79 dollars for the eye exam…
I paid the 79 dollars for the eye exam and was supposed to receive 2 pairs of glasses. The reason I went was I could not see and needed them the same day. I got there even asked about what frames they had to choose from, done the eye exam not once was told that I had to wait 2 weeks because their lab was down. I should have been told from the beginning so I at least had a choice rather to do it or not. I had to end up going to eyemart express and paying another 95 dollars to get glasses the same day and that was not supposed to be what I spent in the long run.

The advertising sign says 2 pairs of…
The advertising sign says 2 pairs of glasses for $79 with a free eye exam. I brought in my prescription and picked out my glasses frames, but had to pay $135.
In my book, that's false advertising!!! There is NOTHING saying bi- or tri-focal glasses are more, anywhere on the advertising signs.

poor service, poor follow up
ordered glasses on 2/12/2026 to be shipped to my home. 3/4/2026 no glasses no call. very poor customer service.
The last time I ordered glasses the same thing happened and I had to call the wichita office several times to get them to send me the glasses
