I’m very content with the accomodation…

I’m very content with the accomodation and roommates. So far no problems and we always have open lines of communication with the managers. Ready solve any problems and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

International student in Italy

International student in Italy for a 3-year program - official legal documentation, responsive when there are maintenance issues (though the maintenance itself might take a while if they’re busy), and nice amenities for comfortable living!

The apartment managers are always available and quick to fix any problems. The apartment is well kept with regular maintenance.

amazing landlord

the room was not the best, not super clean or new… but the host was very responsible and helpful with everything. i would book again, specially in Pisa

The house is wonderful

The house is wonderful, and the treatment that the Apartment Manager has had with us too.
It is true that we have had some small problem such as air conditioning or heating, but for everything else any small defect Marco helped us without problem

Comfortable stay

The room itself was perfectly fine and met expectations. There were occasional minor technical issues in the apartment (some facilities did not work temporarily); however, all reported problems were always addressed and eventually fixed.

I recently finished my Erasmus in Cagliari

I recently finished my Erasmus in Cagliari, Italy and I cannot recommend Stanza Semplice enough! From the very beginning, the booking process was smooth, and the team was incredibly helpful.

The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, modern, and exactly like the photos. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to study and relax. The location was also ideal for getting to the university and exploring the city. This housing experience played a huge part in making my time in Italy unforgettable. If you are looking for a room in Cagliari, look no further!
