Difficult to rate this product as kept arriving damaged or faulty, on the 4th attempt despite some cosmetic damage I kept that cabinet. Better packaging may help with customer satisfaction but can not fault the customer care I received from Staples in collecting damaged deliveries and arranging replacements.
It doesn't take A4 files even though it states A4. You could probably fit A4 paper in there whilst it's not in a file, pretty pointless! The top draw also sticks as the top looks like its caved in slightly so takes some force to open. Would spend more next time on buying a filing cabinet as this one is pretty useless.
Terrible, bad customer service. Arrived 2 weeks late. Completely damaged. Was told for return would be collected within 2-3 days 5 days later still not collected. Would never buy from staples again.
Good function but dents and damage on arrival so not 5 stars
Turned up dented all down front edges. Didn't try to return it, no time. So no reflection on company returns policy, just high lack of care in delivery..

I am happy with it ,good size and holed a lot of files to meet my needs .looks good in the black .
Excellent for home office. Not too heavy to move around. Holds a lot of file inserts ( these are not supplied)
I like the cabinets, however they did arrive damaged, with dents in them, not sure why, I did contact Staples d& we agreed a partial refund on both as I could not bother to exchange them, but obviously would have preferred to receive them undamaged

Took 4 attempts to get it delivered by UPS. Staples couldn't care less in helping getting it sorted. When it finally came, product was dented but I can't face all the hassle of getting it swapped over. Will never buy off this mob again.

Flimsy. And it came with dents. I suggest something more sturdy

The price was good and the delivery was quick as promised, but one of the 2 cabinets order is dented on the top. It seems it was thrown about during prep or delivery. So it was an average experience but wasnt very happy to have recieved a slightly damamged new cabinet.

Cabinet is a bit flimsy. Handle pulled off middle drawer after 1 week
Fit for purpose. Files a little difficult to access at back of drawers
