I placed the order, there was no communication then eventually they told me it wasn’t available for another month. Furthermore, the customer service line was turned off Unacceptablel customer service.

I bought four cabinets. They're compact, and perfect for my storage needs. The drawers slide well. The colour 'white' on the front is whiter than appears on the photos on the website. The very helpful delivery man, checked each box to make sure there were no dents, at the time of delivery.
Not very good quality some cabinet damage on arrival, does the job OK. Reasonable value for the money.

Be nice if l actually had my filing cabinet but staples failed to inform me until days later that the item was out of stock when l both ordered and paid for. Nearly a month later l'm still awaiting delivery and now they want me to review the product when they know l don't have it

Quick delivery, excellent product.Just what we needed!
The cabinet was exactly what I was expecting and it fits in the limited space I have and I am pleased with it. My only problem was the delivery was too quick! I knew I would not be in on the Tuesday so I ordered it on the Monday evening, too late I thought for a Tuesday delivery, I had email it would be on Wednesday. When I got home late Tuesday night it was stood out side the door.
Excellent product good price. Carrier issues meant it took 5 days to reach me
Decent product but dented and bent on arrival as with so many others
I cannot say what I think of this product as it was ordered and never arrived and so I would award 0 stars if I could. On the plus side - once Staples was aware of the problem, they immediately issued me with a refund. It is a shame that certain courier companies are giving reputable companies like Staples a bad name. I will not shop Staples online again in the future for reasons that were not their fault.

Poor delivery No tracking so need to sit in all day Item damaged, to return it would have meant another day waiting for collection Will never darken your door again
