Staples in Alpharetta, GA handles mail for iPostal1 customers and it's absolutely the worst to deal with! They have LOST very important pieces of mail! THEY TAKE THE LIBERTY TO OPEN YOUR MAIL WHEN YOU HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT!!! They are either too busy, not paying attention, don't care, or flat out taking people's mail!!!! They feed you a bunch bullcrap as if they are doing something about but they don't. DO NOT OPEN PEOPLE'S MAIL!!! THEY TAKE AND/OR WILL LOSE YOUR MAIL!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS

Definitely the go-to place for office…

Definitely the go-to place for office supplies, no questions about it. They are good with products, stock, delivery, customer support with whatever it is that you need, basic stationery stuff, furniture, you name it. You can get better deals at other stores and chains on some stuff but i dont think it is necessarily worth your while. pretty good choice for one-stop office shoping.

Next day delivery took 8 days

Next day shipping took 8 days with their preferred carrier Courier Express. Item was “out for delivery” 5 times before it finally arrived. Joe, a customer service supervisor, said next time I could request UPS. There won’t be a next time. All the customer service people, and I talked to many, we’re very pleasant.

No customer service what so ever

The delivery date on the order is now 6 days ago. The customer service online live chat is "currently unavailable" and never is. Calling, you get a message that "we are not taking calls - try later." Sending the online form goes unanswered. No tracking, no help, no way to cancel your order.

Joey at the Springhill

Joey at the Springhill, FL store on Commercial drive was AWESOME! Truly an asset. He takes his job and service to customers VERY seriously and provided phenomenal service to me with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you, Joey, for making my day. He deserves a raise!

Delayed order and refund

Ordered suitcases after confirming delivery time of 2 days with customer service. But did not receive order even after 5 days. Called customer service to cancel and refund. 10 days past- nothing happened yet.

Good enough to WOW!

I needed materials for a presentation on the same day. Staples in Wilmington DE has not failed me yet! Chris C at my local store (110) proved to be a superstar at a critical moment. And he was professional, polite and accommodating! Those copies printed to my exact specifications made my program go from good enough to WOW! Thanks Chris C!!

One request for new computer purchase1…

Recently purchased a computer at Staples in Portsmouth, NH. I was surprised how quickly they
let me know the computer was set up. Unfortunately, upon trying to use my email they failed to transfer my contacts. The sales person did ask me what I wanted transferred to the new computer and I asked for my contacts. One request and they did not fill it. Wish I had red the reviews before making the purchase.

TO CORPORATE

TO CORPORATE, I HOPE THIS WILL NOT GO UNSEEN.
I'm not writing this as someone who grew impatient waiting on service, it's about management failure in many stores to the most basic core value, service to the customer. I entered for a return to Amazon, one of many staples I go to. 4 people ahead of me with 1 person covering the desk. Casey, who I will further praise, greeted me warmly and professionally, and would be right with me, I knowing I'm in line. Excellent at that point. I noticed an employee walk by, as I waited, who seemed to quickly change direction on seeing the line. Being in and managing in a similar industry, I recognized the slight, which has been increasing in staples outlets over the months. One person in line needed help with business card design and layout... I now know that the wait is going to be a bit and now there is also 3 people behind me too. I'm patient and watch Casey skillfully handle the pressure, calm and focused and very knowledgeable on card layout, which made her current time management situation very efficient.She was excellent, 10 stars. Now the failure, which is common in staples now, and at best, intolerable. Management's failure to at all times monitor the floor and direct employees to where customer service is needed. Employees are not being trained that interacting with customers and providing service before re-stocking or cleaning up,.... is the number 1 objective.
After 20 mins of waiting, watching Casey professionally interact with all the waiting customers while servicing a business card customer, all those who understood began to ask for help for this area to other employees, this after Casey already made a request for assistance.
Consequently, three people come out of an office after hearing calls for a manager, and the line 10 deep.. staffing I know is an art because it involves labor costs, but under staffing is an extreme disservice to customers and ultimately the bottom line.
I highly commend Casey, as I have vast experience in retail and can spot a "gem"associate. I believe if she were to separate from your company for any reason you will lose someone who demonstrated the importance of customer service, being organized and most, most importantly, has natural leadership skills which is a highly prized trait that employers look for and is hard to find. I can tell she is destined for better and should be mentored into your management ranks.
Matter of fact, I may offer her a position.
So with that, this is my review of your surrounding stores and this one on rt 22 in Springfield N.J. I can only advise that your customer service culture needs to change.

Do not order any in-store pic ups from Staples

Do not order any store pic ups from Staples. If you need to cancel it, they don't give you your money back for 6 days. I had to get my credit card company to get my money back through a dispute. I never picked up the item, but still I was told I had to wait 6 days. Ridiculous!! Horrible to customers.

NO RAIN CHECKS! Staples does not give rainchecks for sale items. Thats not customer friendly. I called headquarters and they could not tell me the reason for that. That is their unfriendly "policy". I recently got a raincheck for my local CVS AND SHOPRITE. Shame on you Staples!!

Bad management with bad customer service

I bought an item from staples because they promised to deliver the next day! And it was urgent for me , I received an email that the shipping was delay for the very next day. The next day I received another email that the shipping was delayed for 4 days!!!
I called the customer service they said the delivery is out of our hands and we can't do thing about it.
Definitely I won't buy from them anymore

Do not buy from staples unless you can…

Do not buy from staples unless you can pick up in store. Their delivery is beyond the worst. They expect you to stay at home all day waiting for them, as if the customer has to kowtow to them. Order anywhere else other than these mooks. If you have to step out for any reason and they show up, they won't try to contact you or arrange a better time, they will make you wait all day on another day. Anywhere from 8am to 8pm.
