Appalling outfit
Appalling outfit. I bought a Ninja 15 air fryer 3+ years ago. It went kaput just on the two year point but I failed to notice that the motor was gone so the warranty period was over.
I contacted Ninja UK who explained that they can't/wont ship replacement parts to Ireland. Also that if I had bought it online from them directly they would give me an (unspecified) rebate on another item.
However, they created a file and ticket number for me to give to Stapletons, who should then contact Ninja to arrange a similar rebate.
I contacted Stapletons by email with this info in April 2025. I followed it with calls and emails 6 times over the next twelve months. On 3 occasions they promised to get back to me THAT afternoon (they didn't get back at all!).
Finally, today they tell me (my contact!) that the ticket has expired; Ninja have no record of case so there's nothing for me to do but suck on it.
All because they failed to follow up the information I emailed them in April 2025!
They are some mixture of the following: incompetent, totally untrustworthy, or liars.
I wouldn't buy a box of matches from them!
