Well I ordered the wrong thing - but didn't realise until it was too late - I tried using the support portal, but cyber space stole the response and I received the item in the mail. However a second round e-mail - received a response and now all sorted with the right product.

I paid nearly $100 and got nothing back. Not even an email or receipt for my payment. I have tried emailing them to follow up and had no reply to that other than a formatted - we will get back to you soon reply.
I am now in the process of trying to get the payment reversed with my bank. There is no contact number on their website and when I go to FAQ - it says to type in your order number to make an enquiry which I can't do because I never received an order number. My Dads 80th birthday is in 2 days and now I am $100 short and no present. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM AT ALL
