I bought a zip hoodie that it was too big and I had to return it. My return has been delivered traced back to them since the 7th of March but they claim they haven't received it and refuse to refund me.

I have to say that I was sceptical after reading the reviews, however, my trainers arrived today and I am very happy.
I did contact Starcow after purchasing these as I read the reviews after purchasing, rather than before, as I would usually do.
However, Nicolas got straight back to me and acknowledged the reviews that I mentioned, stating that they have since improved the service, and I am happy to say that he is a man of his word.
The trainers had sold out in England, but I fortunately managed to get a pair from Starcow.
Vive la France.
I promised that I'd leave a review, so here it is.

In December 2024, I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers from Starcow. The shipping was fast, but the quality of the product was disappointing. I decided to withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period, as granted under EU consumer protection law.
The seller initially refused my right to return the product. Only after multiple messages was I allowed to return the shoes – at my own expense, and without any proper return process provided.
The package was successfully delivered back to Starcow on January 7th, 2025, confirmed by tracking. Since then, I have received no refund.
Only after threatening a bank dispute did the seller respond – asking me to close the case in exchange for an "immediate refund." I closed the dispute in good faith, but instead, I was told I would receive the refund in 180 days, as a "consequence" of my complaint.
As of today, I have received no money and no resolution. This is a clear violation of EU consumer law and an unacceptable way to treat customers.
I cannot recommend this store.
**EDIT 08.04.2026** I am not sure, why Nicolas decided to respond today, I assume it is related to keeping the image of Starcow Paris alive. However, I have reported the entirety EU consumer protection center and won the case, which ended up in Starcow Paris having to refund my money. In case of any interests, reach out to me, I am going to provide entire chat logs of that representive contradicting every statement that has been made in the newest response.

I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they won't respond to sending me USED shoes. I ordered a pair of New Balance 991v2 which are cheap retail. Upon receiving them it is immediately apparent they are used. I email them right away and it took them a week to respond initially. They ask for photos and I send them the same day. Since that email I sent with pictures, they have yet to respond after I've made many attempts to inquire about a way to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service.

I escalated to ups manager and they also cannot get a hold of starcow either. I even contacted better business bureau of France. This was a very expensive purchase as well. If you look on google reviews on this company by filtering to the latest reviews you will see many many customers having the same issue. NO REPLY from customer service, shipment not being sent, etc. Please do your research and look at the reviews for this company, worst company I've dealt with

I purchased an item, they shipped it right away. when received it was a completely different brand, size, style and price difference.
I wrote to them more than 75 times in a week and half span, and reached out on social media. They responded a total of 4 times.
If you are not able to visit the store in person, try not to use their online store. They are not reliable, unresponsive and just suck. Im sorry i worked in retail at a high end shop as such for a while; this happen to be the worse retail experience i have ever had.
It is 2 weeks after the issue; by this point i have reported them to my bank for a refund, still have the incorrect product with no responses to emails or DM. I will leave a review everywhere i can so people are not suckered into using their site since they receive limited items. The headaches are not worth it.

Ordered a pair of the Salehe Bembury Crocs. Payment process was easy and the shipping took exactly as long as promised with no problems (6 days). The package also came in, in perfect condition
Bought some expensive boots 2 months before Christmas, as a Christmas present. Cant return Them or get store credit, nothing.
