We booked a job in with Steven to clean the patio. He called the night before saying he hadn’t organised the chemical and in short wasn’t prepared to come. Incredibly rude, incredibly full of him self and clearly doesn’t care. Stay well clear.

To provide some context for anyone reading this: we were engaged by your father, Andrew Morris-Richardson, to quote for black spot removal from a large sandstone patio in Wollaton, which we visited on 2nd March 2026. We agreed that we would attend on Friday 7th March to carry out the cleaning work. Our specialist cleaning product — Nu-Clear Fallout Pro, ordered specifically for this job from Pureseal Services UK Ltd (Order No. 64087, Invoice No. 20276, dated 2nd March 2026, £144.00 including VAT) — failed to arrive from our supplier by Thursday 5th March as confirmed. We contacted Andrew at 7:12 pm that evening to explain the situation and offered the next available date of Wednesday 11th March.
We fully understand that a rescheduled appointment is frustrating, particularly when contractors are also involved. However, we must respectfully take issue with the suggestion that we were rude or unprepared. The product had been ordered and paid for on the same day as the site visit. When it was made clear to Andrew that Monday 9th March was not possible due to four pre-existing customer commitments, and the response was that this was "not my problem," we felt it necessary to end the call politely and professionally.
We have been providing professional cleaning services across the East Midlands since 2000, and our reputation for reliability and quality is something we take seriously. We are sorry this booking did not proceed, and we wish you and your father well with the project.

I received a rapid response from Steve and a few days later he did a fantastic job, even making sure that the gutter was cleared all the way to the downpipe on the neighbour's side too! He was very friendly and courteous. I am well satisfied.

I recently used Stardust Cleaning Services ( Nottingham/ Eastwood) to clean the gutters on my 3-bedroom semi-detached house and I was extremely pleased with the service. They were professional, punctual, and very thorough throughout. Photos and live videos were taken before and after the work, which clearly showed the results and gave great peace of mind. Gutters Cleaned
I had my gutters cleaned and Stephen arrived promptly at the agreed time and did a brilliant job. Not only did he do a good job he was also honest and saved me money by advising it was not necessary to carry out as much work as I initially thought needed to be done. He also gave me advice regarding a couple of other diy jobs that I needed to do. A couple of months down the line I have had no moss filling the gutter that is visible or dropping onto the patio area. Job well done and hope to see you next year Stephen, all being well.

Exterior clean of Village Hall
Stardust came to clean our local village hall and community room exterior. They managed to turn a very green looking building back into its former glory, making it look good as new. They also cleaned the gutters and windows which were in need to a good clear out. We were very impressed with the service and professionalism from the team who came back a few weeks later to check the exterior walls were still sparkling. We’re all very impressed and would highly recommend to others. We plan to use the team again in the future when required.
