Amazing therapist and very knowledgeable- she helps you when deciding the best treatments for you. She has a real empathy for all clients and you feel totally relaxed with her. I have had several different treatments and each one super beneficial.

Highly recommend, Star was lovely to talk to and really helped out with things i didn’t even realise i needed! Very happy with her and could not recommend enough!

My experience at The Medical Mindset Coach is amazing. The treatment I have had is a Colonic Hydrotherapy.
Each session I have had makes me feel invigorating and full of life and lighter afterwards.
The founder Star, is an absolute gem, who makes you feel special and gives you all of her energy towards fixing your problems. As well as advising you which supplements will work for you.
She is an incredible person in getting straight to your problem.

I didn't realise how close I was to total burn-out until I received this treatment! She talked me through the process in a very transparent way, making sure I was comfortable with every aspect. The treatment was then delivered with great empathy, skill & expertise. Not only did the treatment leave me feeling renewed, refreshed & energised - friends & colleagues said I looked like a different person! - but I've been helped to focus on areas of my body & aspects of my lifestyle that require more care & attention. She doesn't just deliver a treatment, but communicates an embodied, healing energy.

I had my first ever kinesiology session @ Medical Mindset with Star Freudenberg. I loved the very holist approach of the practice that includes diagnosis, immediate solution and remedies prescriptions. Star is very skilled and knowledgeable in multiple techniques and able to go through a lot in just an hour session. I got in that I was very unbalanced with tensions and not in a good place, and at the end of the session all the issues have been covered and addressed. Very impressed!

By far the best service and support I have ever received. Starlight is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, she is also very caring and knows how to treat patients with the utmost respect and care..She helps each individual to reach their health objective in the way that works best for them..it's brilliant!!

I was very hesitant to try Colonic until a dear friend allowed me to be in the room with her whilst hers was going on and still I thought I would try it at my next visit but Star been Star quickly reassured me that there was nothing to it . I have now completed 3 Colonics treatments in the last 3 months and everyone is telling me that am glowing and full of energy. I am also sleeping much better as I suffer from insomnia and sleep apnea. Star explained everything clearly and made me feel very at ease. She was very understanding and I'm relieved to have found a health practitioner of her calibre.

Star is very intuitive with your issues and helped me so much with information, treatments and the kinesiology session. It felt so good to have somebody that finally understood my diverticulitis issues . She also immediately followed up with online suggestions of products that would assist me and podcasts too. I really enjoyed my session and have already booked two more for next week. I would highly recommend Star to anyone that needs caring and supportive help!

As someone who has been involved professionally in the holistic, alternative and complimentary health sphere for the past 15 years, I can honestly say that Star is very easily the single practitioner who has the broadest and widest range of skills that I have yet come across when it comes to health and wellbeing. Not only is her knowledge wide ranging, she backs this up by coming across so well balanced in nature, easy to talk and someone who puts you straight at ease whatever type of consultation or treatment modality combinations you have come for. Someone who walks their talk you could say, no doubt. I've had some great CNT (Chi Nei Tsang) bodywork sessions from Star and looking forward to exploring and experiencing more of what she has to offer from her toolkit.

Having already had my first colonic hydrotherapy with a different practitioner last year, I wanted to see the difference in treatment, whereas my friend was coming along for her very first experience. My friend and I were both put at total ease throughout the treatments we chose. We were looked after really well and given lots of advice to assist us in getting our mojo back!
