I love the computer itself when it's…
I love the computer itself when it's working, but the hardware is incredibly faulty. Whilst I've had the computer I've had the C-housing break twice, the display screen crack multiple times, both the USB drives stopped working, the charging port malfunctioned, the I/O audio port stopped working, and I've had multiple issues with the trackpad. I contacted support about the issues the first time and they said it wasn't covered by the warranty because it didn't seem like it could have happened without user-damage. I sent it in for a repair and it took them 6 months to fix it and send it back because they didn't have parts. Fast forward 3 months and I'm getting the exact same issues with the hardware. I will just buy a new computer. It's a shame really it was a nice computer otherwise.

Complete waste of money.
My computer arrived and worked mostly ok for a few days. There were a couple instances where the trackpad would glitch but I didn't think much of it. Fast forward several weeks and the computer is now rendered almost useless due to the insufferable trackpad constantly messing up. I contacted "support" and all they had to say was to update the firmware (which was already up to date) and then said there was nothing else they would do. Terrible product, terrible service.

Chinese like computer
Chinese like computer. It seems like if I would have bought on AliExpress. Battery time is around 4 hours or even 5 if you put the brightness at 1% and you do not use the computer. More than a laptop is an AC-dependant-laptop-like-computer
