I can’t recommend this campervan company highly enough. Even though my campervan conversion wasn’t one of theirs—it was bought from Cambridge Campers—they were more than happy to help because I didn’t want to travel all the way back for the repair.

They fixed my broken shelf completely free of charge, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and the repair was completed to a really high standard.

It’s rare to find businesses willing to go above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even an original customer. Their customer service and kindness were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy campervan company.

We struggled to find a van to meet our requirements - 6 seats and a fixed toilet. Most places said it wasn't possible, some couldn't be bothered. Mark listened to our needs and advised us with pros and cons and designed what we asked for - 6 seats and a fixed toilet with a partition which included a sliding door. We have a single hob and basin too. We use a portable fridge. Pricing was very clear and we had our choice of interior. We also had swivel passenger bench and drivers. It takes a bit of practice to turn them in a coordinated way but means all 6 passengers can be included.
It's been a while to review because I keep meaning to take pictures but we've always got it packed up!

We bought our campervan from Starlight Campervans four years ago. The great advantage was the way in which we could chose the design of the interior. They were able to make the cupboards we wanted.
Recently we had a problem with a seat belt. At short notice Mark fixed it in five minutes.

We’ve had two Transporter conversions done by Starlight Campers over the last few years and have been really happy with both. The quality of the work is excellent, and Mark has been brilliant throughout—always helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Mark and Anna provide an amazing service and produce some simply awesome conversions with their team. We have had our VW T6.1 since December 2023, after Mark and Anna helped us find one on the market and they arranged collection from a VW garage in Leicester and completed the conversion 3 weeks later. The communication was excellent throughout and any time we had a question about something, they were quick to reply and offer advice. We have had many trips away since then and plan many more and it's all thanks to their amazing conversion.

The memory foam layer on the rock 'n' roll seats adds that extra bit of comfort we needed for my lower back pain. The seats on rails is an awesome feature that allows us to be flexible with what we are transporting and whilst away on our trips. The cupboard space provided is more than enough for a family of four. The pop top has been great and can be used as an amazing viewing platform when parked near the sea or with a beautiful sunset in view.

There is so much more I could say about our conversion that has made us super happy, but I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed with your conversion and Mark, Anna and their team will always do their best to help you out and fix any problems.

I recently had a problem with the charging system for the living area in my VW Transporter T6 campervan.

The team at Starlight Campers accommodated my visit at short notice, identified a faulty solar panel, dealt with the supplier and provided the supplier with evidence that the panel had indeed failed.
Then Starlight sourced and fitted the replacement panel - all swiftly, efficiently and without fuss.

I brought a 22 plate Volkswagen T6 Transporter just over a month ago. This Transporter that had been converted and fitted out by Starlight Campers. Over this month there have been a number of faults/problems. The pop up bed on rails needed to be realigned and the locking handles ajusted. The cover facia to the lower front of pop up bed has fallen off twice as insufficient fixings were used.The tv doesn't work. So many of the cover screw caps have fallen off. However, the crowning glory was the gas rings/hobs don't work. I contacted Starlight and the general response was apathetic at best. Starlight Campers.....not shining very bright.

Had a problem with the air suspension on my campervan and contacted Starlight Campers, who straightaway said that they would look at it for me. Although they couldn't solve the problem at that moment, they gave me a temporary fix to get me back on the road. Fantastic service, really great, fair guys and I would wholeheartedly recommend them

Brilliant company.
They do such a lovely job. My van is my favourite place cause of these guys. So friendly and helpful. Even when I am badgering them with emails and lots of questions.
Friendly service, brilliant aftercare, nothing is too much.
