Poorly built home - poor follow up - LEAK in home
Do not purchase a home from this company. 3 days after moving in, I had a water leak where they did not hook up the washing maching hose - and it damaged my wall and the water was dripping down onto the first floor. They had to come and tear out the drywall and connected the hose and failed to ensure that the plumbing hose was connected before I took possession of the house. I then was still having water leaking in the laundry room under the washer and they said it was from condensation and the water temperature being high. Today,...there is water leaking in my walls, and on the floor of my laundry room and I have yet to hear from the representative Aaron Freshour as it has been 7 days since I talked to him. The sales rep was very non-chalant after I signed closing documents and this company had no follow through on fixing issues. I am still waiting to find out WHY my laundry room is still leaking and this has been such an awful experience. DO NOT PURCHASE a home from this company!!!!!
