20 minutes late

20 minutes late, when pre-booking 2 hours in advance, when asking them why late the call handler made up some lie about all their drivers being tied up, when he arrived 20 minutes late he told me he was only notified 10 minutes earlier. My daughter was late to school.

Don’t bother.

Don’t bother.
Prebook a taxi for certain time to be told as it’s raining so will be 20 mins late. If you pre book in advance those booking should be honoured first.
No wonder people use Uber.
Look after your loyal customers in future.

Will not use again…

Although having used Starline a number of times before I will not use them again due to the rudeness, hostility and unhelpful attitude of their receptionist today. Her customer service attitude was terrible…!

terrible experience

I experienced a terrible service from a rude and unprofessional driver today. He arrived after the message that the taxi has arrived but what's more he expressed frustration in a rude manner towards me that the rate for this ride was to low as if I was the one to set it. He then presented me with a payment device saying I 'need to pay upfront for the ride or walk'. I chose to walk in the end. Do not recommend.

Run over by driver of starline taxis

Well I would like to give starline taxis a minus 1000 why well let me tell you this morning whilst walking up Coronation Square cheltenham. I saw a taxi from starline taxi come down the wrong way down a no entry when the taxi stop I spoke to him to say do you realise you've just come down a no entry the wrong way and he said to me what's it git to do with you and walk on then because I said I was going to take his number I got my phone out to take a photo of him and his car when he purposely drove at me and ran me over knocking me to the ground where I sustained a cut head cuts and scrapes to my arms and even though he stop to see me lying on the ground drove off leaving me lying on the road yes the police are involved and there is plenty of cctv around there plus there are witnesses to this. When I went and spoke with starline taxi the owner or manager came out and I told him what happened to me and asked about and for his insurance company information all he could say it's nothing to do with him or his company even though the taxi that hit me was displaying the taxi company name on it he just when I showed him my injuries he basically laughed at me saying I must be mistaken because of the bang to my head and basically took the micky out of me blaming me for what happened. But wait and see as I've a solicitor in involved and they say I have a good case against them

Without Alex, I would have suffered.

I ordered a cab to be picked up at Morrisons. My trolly was laden but with a damaged spine, standing in a queue waiting for 'my turn' can be extremely painful, therefore the more that I can stock up means less shopping trips. The cab arrived with a very helpful, polite and friendly driver. I live in a Retirement Home so I'm not 'dropped off' at my door. I need to walk to the lift and then a very long corridor, the driver asked could I manage, there were a lot of items. I said that I would drag one bag at a time. Well, this young man not only carried my bags to the lift and then along the corridor, but right into my kitchen. In the hallway, I had a bin liner with glass, he asked if I wanted it put out. This man wasn't a driver, he was my Guardian Angel. He was disguised in a black top and trousers and he goes by the earthly name of ALEX.
