A trustworthy place
At first, I was suspicious of this place. I still am, but after I redeemed a free pet and I actually got that pet, I decided to purchase some stuff from there. It’s a trustworthy place. I probably will continue to purchase stuff from them, probably not frequently but enough. I like this place simply because the payment didn’t get denied like other places. But the only issue I came across is the wait time for some items that I purchased. Other than that, 9/10 love this place.

Prices are decent on most pets
Prices are decent on most pets, some are just crazy outrageous but idc. Never been scammed. I’ve had a couple issues trying to get my pets but, I it usually refreshes, refunds or just gives you a new bot. So pretty good.

Starpets support can't help you
For buying and selling pets, it does just fine. But the support is horrible, I've had issues with transactions and withdrawing cash and the starpets gpt thing sent me to a specialist, it's been like 10 days and it still says my case is open and not in progress. I make new tickets every once in a while but those specialists never picked it up and never replied. Also the support keeps telling me to just "wait" and won't do anything else even though the maximum waiting time is 2 days? If you get hacked, scammed, or they make unknown charges to your account then support can't help you at all.
