An honest review
First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to Afraz and his team for designing, printing and fitting my husband’s vehicle signs… they look great! We are both happy with them.
We hit a few hurdles along the way with the chrome stickers not sticking, however, with patience, resilience and adaptability, we all managed to stay focussed and eventually, we achieved exactly what we wanted.
On reflection, the business appears to be fast paced, somewhat chaotic as their level
of demand is high. There was a lot of “hanging about” waiting for the boss to instruct his staff on their next move. I kinda felt “average”… like I wasn’t an important customer and no customer should ever feel like that.
Having said that, what I will also say is this… Afraz did not fail us. He and his team go out of their way to make their customers happy and this characteristic quality, for any business, is priceless.
I would definitely use StarPrint again without hesitation. Thank you and best of luck to you and your future business.
