DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. I ordered a size Medium and they sent a small. After I finally found where to send my complaint to, it took 6 weeks for them to respond. Once they responded they had me take photos of the item, the invoice, the wrappings. the tags multiple times and sent that to them .Then they told me it took too long and cost too much for them to pay for it to be returned to them so they could exchange it for the right size.
They said would issue me a gift card of $5. It cost $30. I told them just to mail me the right size and they said the best they could do was give me a gift card for $8. I paid more than that for shipping the original al itemWhy would I purchase anything from them again with NO resolution of the purchase which they, not me, screwed up. I still have a $30 top that doesn't fit. All I wanted them to do was send me the right size medium.
This is a rip off company.

This company does not honor their stated return policy. They stall and refuse to give the proper return address until your 15 days is past and then respond with an email that says you cannot receive a full refund AND that if a request was made on your behalf it would most likely be rejected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I do NOT recommend ordering from Starrism! Starrism has cute looking clothes, but they run extremely small. That’s not the worst though. I have emailed about my order multiple times. Requested a phone call and provided my number. I have never received an answer, only an impersonal auto response each time with no in person follow up. I requested a prepaid return authorization label, so I can send back everything I received for a full refund. I sent photos to give a visual and explained my complaints to the company. The jewelry and clothes I received looked like cheap knock offs. Really, they are not the same! Not only did it take forever to receive my order, but once I did a significant item was missing. I am so unhappy with my order and service. I am now taking my complaints to social media, the Better Business Bureau, as well as make my complaints known to FaceBook.

I bought shoes and I had too wait a long time and when they finally arrived defective no buckles I notified them and I had to send pictures and documents to prove up and I got send them back and maybe they will honor me. Then offered $5.00 gift card for $30.00 shoes and donate these defective shoes to whoever. Don’t buy anything from these people

I didn't expect good quality, and I didn't get it. The pictured 'halter' was very cute. But it was HUGE when I received it. I thought if I didn't like the item, I could return it. They make returns impossible because they're located IN CHINA. And they don't provide a mailing address for the return. And you pay shipping. TO CHINA. I'm giving the item to Salvation Army. Good thing it was cheap $14.95 so I'm not out that much.

Absolutely do not order from this company EVER! Big waste of money! Beware this company has other websites, different name, same garbage! I will only order from the 🇺🇸 from now on!

Received a defective shirt (printing was backwards). I’ve sent pics to them. I want it either replaced or full credit. They are delaying with emails (6 so far) hoping i give up. They are in China. T shirts are beautiful, but poor quality. They’ve had on-line presence only 6 months.
I can’t say they are scammers, but i do think they are not to be trusted & They are not truthful.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Clothing is not what it looks like! Garbage! Don’t even buy anything!

As all the reviews you find here DONT BUY ANYTHING from starrism or any similar store. Their refund policy is a big fat lie!!
They don't honor what is written in the return policy. They try to avoid in many ways to give you return instructions for a refund.
So mad I bought from them.

I wish that I had seen all of this BEFORE I bought something. I'm thinking that people only order for here once. All of these complaints are all to familiar to me because right now I'm going through the same thing exactly and I mean exactly. I'm happy about one smart thing I did, I paid through my Pay Pal account and this site with all the names that they call themselves is going to get my money back and hopefully get an address. Had an email from them saying they were not giving me the address so I couldn't return them! Before I buy anything on line again I will definitely check them out. They owe me $94.00. Pay pal is going to fight for it. If you don't have an account with PayPal I urge you to get one. Free.

If I could give this company a “ minus” 100, I would! I ordered 4 tops,,, they were NOTHING like the pictures depicted them as,,,, even some of the edges were just raw cut, not hemmed,,, the sizes were way off, and when I contacted them about returning them and a refund, I have gotten nothing but excuses and a 7 e-mail run- around, with them offering me an $8.00 voucher towards another purchase, btw, I SPENT $79.00!! This company any all of their other names that they go by are crap!! I am also sending all of my correspondence with them to the BBB.

This is a scam! Do not do not do not order from this company. Don't bother sending anything back. I recieved a partial order but no way to contact any one. One star is too many!

I should have looked at this site before ordering from this company.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY ARE SELLING. YOU CAN NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS AND THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE FABRIC CONTENT. I ordered 4 blouses costing $97.00. They all were listed as cotton/polyester 50/50 or 100% cotton in the description. When they arrived, after weeks, none had any cotton in them at all. They were all 100% polyester. The design of 2 was very odd. The back had a seam about bra back height and was gathered below. Very odd looking. I wanted to return them. There is no return address on the pkg. I requested a return label. They said it is very expensive to return and takes a long time and you have to pay for it. They please keep the blouses and give them as gifts. I would be embarrassed to give them as a gift. No one I know would want them.
They said they would give me a credit. I said there is nothing you have that 8 want.
Then they said keep them and we will give you an $8 return. I said that is unexceptable.
Them responded by saying , keep them and we will give you a $6 return.

Cheap quality clothing, pictures on line do not look like items received, they make returning item extremely difficult. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE

I placed an order for a shirt supposed to be 3-D cotton blend.
What I received was not 3-D anything wasn't cotton blend anything it was cheap polyester. I ordered a small its a huge size small. I been going back-and-forth with them to get my full refund seeing it says 100% guarantee. They wanted to offer me $3 . I bought the shirt for $25.09 which I payed for shipping included in that price. Their web site says 100% Guaranteed returns.

I have only received one package, but received emails telling me they would send my order in 2 packages. It did take 7 or 8 weeks to receive this first package, but they sent emails telling me my items were going through customs (that's when I realized they were coming from China). But seriously, I ordered and received the coolest pair of light up tennis shoes ever! They came with a charging cord and they have 8 different colors, plus flashing either all white or flashing through all the other colors. They are a perfect fit and I love them! I can't speak to how long they will work as I just received them today. I also received a long sleeve kitty face sweater that is very cute and my cat loving daughter will love for Christmas. The other long sleeve tee I ordered was black with white dandylion seeds blowing. It is cute, but very thin and one seem on the back neck doesn't line up perfectly, but it's still cute and the seem won't show under my hair. Just as the other reviewers mentioned, there are no tags or washing instructions, but I don't care much about that. The stuff was not expensive. It's been so long that I don't even remember what else I ordered, so it will be a surprise when the package comes. Opposite of what some of the other reviewers said, I was careful to use the sizing chart and found that for most of the tops, a US 12/14 was either a 2X or 3X on this site. So be careful and look at the chart because there is no consistency in the sizing. Each shirt may have a different sizing chart. I came across this site being advertised in my Facebook feed many times. The ads do make the clothes seem very high end and hippie-like. But they are not high end, so don't get your hopes up, but the three items I've received so far are cute. I probably won't order again because it takes so long, and here's hoping I get the second package!

I ordered 4 women's tops, size Small. I saw them on Facebook and thought they were cute. It took forever to receive them, as I was totally unaware they were coming from China. When they arrived, there was no packing list, no return info and all the tops were huge. Also, there are no tags on them to say how to wash, what materials were used, etc. When I wrote to the site on my confirmation (Starrism), I got back 4 or 5 responses asking me to take a picture, which I did and reported the SKU number. All this to no avail! I received two responses from Sweety and Joestar, essentially saying the same thing: "Thanks for your order. As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item. As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors. Which would be perfect.
Meanwhile, we would like to make up 5USD gift card for you in this case for our sorry. So you can buy some other items you like and suitable. How do you think that?"

This is a scam. Another customer on this site was told the same thing as I was (above).

I only received part of my order! I have emailed your listed support site several times with no response! I have basicly been ripped off for $70! The things I did get I really liked.Please respond so I can either get thd rest of my order of get a refund!
