Great online shopping experience, delivery on time.

Could pack with more protection as the dry noodles are broken to lots of bits.

However, a few days after the online payment I received some scammers calling knowing my full name and card details, I have verified the only online payment I used was starry mart, so you might need to look into online security or start using Apple Pay/ google pay to bypass entering card details.

Ordered from here for the first time a couple days ago. My order arrived packaged neatly and securely, and very quickly too!

Starry Mart's products go for quite a bit cheaper than most stores I've visited and there's much more variety, making it easier to track down items that'd be hard to find otherwise. Will be using this service again!

I’ve been using Starry Mart for a couple of months now and I love it! The customer service team are amazing and helpful, and it has a really good range of different products that I can’t get anywhere else.

The food they delivered are always very close to expiry date, drinks are either left with one month lifespan, food left with two, seemingly they are always trying to get rid of old stock since not many people visit the shop. I won't order with them again.

Have made several orders over the last few years and have a good consistent experience with them.

Usually all delivered in great time and well packaged. My only gripe in that area is they use Amazon for delivery and have an issue in my building with Amazon delivery drivers dumping in random stairwells and things going missing so I have to get orders delivered elsewhere - an option for alternative delivery provider would be useful but it's an Amazon issue more so than StarryMart.

Product selection is good and dates are usually good with particularly short life products being noted on the pages and reflected in the prices. Have only ever had one problem with the 16 orders I've done, one missing item and it was resolved by CS quickly. Occasionally one or two items have been short stocked but these are automatically noted and refunded so doesn't need chasing up.

Would continue to use.

Very quick delivery (next day) using Amazon, Impressive!

Made my first order after plenty of hesitation. A friend of mine actually ordered first and when they had prompt delivery and delicious Japanese snacks, I knew I had to take the plunge as well.
Delivery was very swift - two days from order to stomach. Reasonably priced. Snacks are mostly inexpensive, especially considering what other places try to charge. All perfectly packaged and exactly as ordered.
I'm completely over the moon and this'll make the long months between visits all the easier to bear. I will be placing another order next month without a doubt!

What a wonderful experience… I had a few questions and called the number on the website and the call was answered straight away and everything explained… I then emailed about the items I had questions with and within 30 minutes had a reply after they had checked with their warehouse… I placed the order about 3pm on Wednesday afternoon and that evening had a email with the tracking details and my order has just arrived, Friday afternoon! I love shopping from here, they deliver fast and always have enough stock and their items are genuine.
I honestly never needed to contact customer service ONCE since I became a customer some years back because of how good they are.

I made my first order on January 2nd, 2024. I emailed Starrymart to enquire about despatch times (as I am a new customer). I received a polite email response within hours, and my order was with me today, January 5th, 2024. Everything was in my order, and all tasted delicious! I recommend Starrymart. I love everything that Starry Mart has to offer. Their online shopping is very easy to navigate. Orders were delivered in a very well packed box, with a little free gift that my daughter appreciate, quickly & smoothly. The variety of products are pretty extensive & at a fair price too. I will be ordering from them again soon & would certainly reccomend their service.
