Professional & High Quality Service
We had the best experience renting from Start Rentals! Took a brand new Hyundai I-20 for a week. We also chose to take the car from airport, which was for free! The quality of their service is exceptional. I’d rent from Mr. Petros and his team 10/10 times !

Serious Safety Risk – Reported to Police and EU Consumer Authorities
In June 2025, we rented a car and child seat from Start Rentals in Zakynthos. The first child seat provided was dangerously defective — it tilted uncontrollably and lacked basic anchoring, posing a real risk of injury to our child. We documented everything thoroughly and have since filed a police report in Greece as well as a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
Despite this, the company refused to take responsibility or issue an apology, and instead responded with legal threats. This, even after they replaced the seat on-site — confirming the issue was real. The replacement seat was also substandard.
We have videos, photos, and complete correspondence proving this. This is not about money — it's about child safety and corporate accountability.
Avoid Start Rentals if you value the safety of your family.
