Startselect is a scam. Avoid using this website at all costs. I have lost out on an unredeemed code and they have not given a refund and they only have chat bots and automatic emails, no customer support. It is not a legitimate company!

It’s a quick easy simple app, they do as they say it is one of the fastest much faster than Amazon in my experience at delivering an email or online code to a gift card. I bought several online Apple Card because I prefer to purchase with cards rather than using my debit card when buying things online and this site has provided me with this ability.
It is now a firm favourite. I had my new online code within minutes sometimes within seconds of the transaction how brilliant is that?

I purchase 3 Apple Gift Cards $50, & $100x 2 and paid through PayPal!
However STARTSELECT DID NOT DELIVER AS I PURCHASED IN GOOD FAITH!
The Redeem Codes were never supplied!
When clicking on the Redeem Code ( on the STARTSELCT WEBSITE) it was advised the Codes had already been REDEEMED and paid on Apple TV, which was totally unauthorised!
When writing to STARTSELCT they showed no real concern and on each time responding a new person responded!
They ultimately blamed Apple!!!
When contact made to Apple, they blamed STATSELECT and advised that the Redeem Codes can only be sent by Apple to my clients and wanted their contact details which I would not provide as I deem as breach of Client Privacy! ( Just as Apple would not supply their clients contact details and rightfully so!
NOT IMPRESSED WHAT SO EVER!
The matter unless resolved will likely be reported to authorities as Fraud- Embezzlement ie: Taking Payment which was made in good faith and not delivering the product fully as purchased!
( Like purchaising a car with … no motor! )

If STARTSELECT WERE GENUINELY CONCERNED, THEY WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE)
STARTSELECT are hiding behind a screen that they delivered the Cards however...they supplied Cards that could not access the Redeem Codes, which in my point of view, is not delivering what was purchased in good faith!)
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL & MOST DISAPPOINTED IN STARTSELECT AS THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY $250 PAID IN GOOD FAITH!
