They are deadbeat in responding after paying for a service! Sounds suspicious!

We paid for the ultimate package they offered but received no response or acknowledgement. Just took the money. Of course, we contacted the email address they provide on their website contact at startupranking.com when you use the "Contact Us" option on their website, and we sent three emails without receiving a reply. Not even an acknowledgement!! Totally deadbeat!! What kind of service and customer service is this? We are confused!
