I’ve been using Ovum supplements to support my IVF journey. The supplements are great, I felt so reassured knowing everything I needed was in one tablet as previously I was taking multiple tablets and it became difficult to manage. The customer service has also been excellent, good communication and great content.

Have just started using Ovum.
A well researched, evidence based product that looks great.
I can tolerate the supplements better than others.
The customer service deserves 5* alone.

I haven’t received my first order of supplements yet however the reviews look fantastic so I ordered them in a hurry. After reading the FAQs I had some questions around the suitability as I follow a Halal diet. I sent my questions to the customer team and they came back with a detailed response that exceeded my expectations. I can already tell they care about their customers and are more than willing to help. Can’t wait to start my journey

Had an egg collection 3 years ago. 10 eggs, 3 blastocysts which lead to a daughter and two negatives. Fast forward to now, and after taking OVUM suppliments for 3 months got 23 eggs and 5 blastocysts from our second collection! Can't help feeling OVUM played a big part in this increase! Then just this morning I got a positive test (on an OVUM pregnancy test of course!) at 7 days post transfer! Thankfully the tests come in packs of 4 because I think I'll be constantly testing until my "official" test day as still in a state of shock!

Can't recommend ovum enough. Quick delivery and very helpful team, and clearly a company that actually cares exists for all the right reasons. Thank you OVUM!

After 5 years TTC and a failed round of IVF, I had a consultation with a nutritionist who recommended Ovum in preparation for my next round of IVF. She recommended many other things too, all of which I have done, so I cannot say for sure what made the change (probably more likely that everything all added up to make a big change), but I am now in very early stages of pregnancy, which has happened naturally!!! I am 33 years old, and this is the first time I have ever managed to conceive (despite my best efforts!), so thanks to Ovum for playing its part. Highly recommend.

I have been taking ovum supplements as part of my ivf journey recommended by my nutritionist for the last year. Having moved over from Zita west. It will be down to a lot of changes I made including ovum but after 6.5 years and many failed cycles and poor embryos and heartbreak. I managed to get one 5 day high quality embryo and 2 good quality 5 day embryos. We were in total shock and it was a miracle.

I then transferred my first embryo in this cycle and on day nine of my 10 day wait went and bought a pregnancy test. I chose ovum by chance as I’d taken the supplements so recognised the brand. The night before my test, which is quite traumatic for me given our previous results I opened the box. To see the words on the packaging was so important I can’t even express. “Remember the outcome of this test does not define your worth”. I’ve spent many years battling my feelings of inadequacy and failure because of the fertility privilege, and the way we are made to feel like we are not complete if we don’t have or can’t have children by society. And not knowing the outcome and having previously been faced with so many failures, these were just the words I needed to read.

In a complete shock at 4.30am the next day we got our first ever positive result. We are only 7 weeks pregnant so a very long way to go but feel incredibly lucky.

Ovum is a fantastic thoughtful brand that really did have an impact as part of a lot of things I did to help my journey change its path.

Don’t know if they work yet but I’ve done a lot of research into fertility supplements and these really do seem the best by far! Fast shipping and easy to swallow too!

I bought these through recommendation from a fertility nutritionalist. Too early to tell if they have done anything so to speak but quick delivery and no nasties.

I started taking ovum pre conception last year prior to my IVF cycle. That cycle was our best one to date in terms of grading and number of embryos. I firmly believe that the extensive research which has gone into formulate ovum played a major part in us getting the results we did.

The team at ovum are so so knowledgeable and supportive.. responding promptly and in great detail to any questions asked.

I also highly recommend their pregnancy tests. Not only do they detect HCG at such a small levels but I love that they are recyclable.

Great product, fabulous customer service and quick and efficient delivery. Can't recommend more.

The delivery was quick and I loved that the supplements came in lovely packaging made of glass vs. plastic. I tried these for a month but just like every other prenatal I’ve tried I got terrible cystic acne, which I’ve never suffered with until taking prenatals - I think high doses of B vitamins don’t agree with me sadly. Since stopping my skin has begun to clear.

Ovum supplements were recommended to me by a fertility consultant so although I was already taking wild nutrition’s fertility support, I thought I’d give ovum a try. Great website, lovely packaging of the product and the fastest customer support response I’ve ever received (within the hour email replies).
As soon as I’d signed up to the monthly subscription however, I had some trouble with receiving responses to my queries regarding the subscription plan. I emailed twice/thrice in the space of a week and received no response. This was despite the 24-48 hour promised estimated response time.
After giving up with my attempts to contact the team, a week later I finally received a reply. The team were extremely apologetic about the delay in reply and went above and beyond to rectify the error.
I appreciated the understanding approach and the kind manner of the team - especially Lucy.
I would recommend Ovum to anyone starting their fertility journey.

I have been so impressed with Ovum's Time to Conceive supplement, both due to its scientifically-backed ingredients, and also thanks to the impressive customer service I have received from the company. I recently had an issue regarding my monthly supplement delivery, and Ovum's founder (Jenny) was so compassionate and helpful in dealing with the problem and finding a solution for me.

I am finding my TTC journey really psychologically difficult, and it is a huge comfort to know that Time to Conceive contains all the 'right things' to be supporting my natural fertility, egg quality, etc- correlating with all the recommendations in 'It Starts with the Egg' and also being recommended by renowned fertility nutritionist Mel Brown.

I will be recommending Time to Conceive to all my friends once they begin trying for their own families, and would not use any other fertility supplement currently.

Firstly i would like to thank Lucy for guiding me through in what i can and cannot take with their supplements. She is amazing and such a great help. Moving on to the capsules…they are amazing and i am only one month in. I have been TTC for 5 years (38) and i am now preparing my body for IVF. I chose Ovum as i have read great stuff about the ingredients listed and they pack a punch! I am also taking omega 3, kaneka ubiquinol and magnesium along side Time to Conceive. I am going to continue to take these until I have my next blood test for my AMH levels and see if that improves and I am positive it will even if it takes a little time. I have changed my eating/lifestyle habits and reduced my stress levels and thinking positive vibes only. Patience is key and I am being realistic in allowing some time for these capsules to do their magic! Good look to anyone TTC! I will update in another few months :)

I started using ovum last year about 6 month prior to the start of ivf and have continued to take the supplement daily. We got amazing result with our embryos & I have recently had a frozen transferred resulting in a positive outcome. 🙏

I would like to say that this is the only test that doesn't give the torturous line eyes. It's a yes clear yes or no which is quite comforting 😊 no evap lines and over analysing the test. Would recommend to anyone ttc

Looked everywhere for a multivitamin that had everything I needed for ttc ivf journey. Most had the odd random thing that seemed not to be grounded in evidence of benefits. I only found Ovum after seeing a comment on a forum. The ingredients were perfect for me, I just top up with magnesium, omega 3, an additional 1000iu vit D, and b12. On their recommendation I also add additional coQ10. I like the ethos of the company, the glass jar and plastic free packaging too. I also trust the ingredients. Too early to say if they have helped by we've got significantly further in this ivf cycle than we did on our first so it certainly hasn't hurt!

Great customer service, quick and personal responses when contacted! I had an issue with Royal Mail and my subscription was not delivered due to their error, I got a fast resolution and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy! Not only a great product but first class service as well!
