Still no payment – vague responses and no proof

I requested several withdrawals from Starzino over 3 days ago, totaling more than €3,800. So far, I have only received vague internal codes and messages asking me to “wait” or “contact my bank” — but without a real payment reference, date, or provider.

The support keeps pushing the issue to the “payment provider” without ever showing real proof of a transfer. This is unacceptable.

If I do receive the payment, I will update this review. But until then: be extremely cautious with this site.

I talked to Jessey in the live chat to ask for help. She helped me with the case and i'm glad she did. Everytime i ask for help the people in the chat help me very well.

They offer a lot of slot games and you can bet from 1 cent untill a very high bet limit. The slot games they have i like a lot and i will be playing on starzino in the future.

Starzino just closed my account xd dont deposit money to starzino! i never use vpn etc. after try to withdraw money they close my account xd

9.2. Collusion and cheating
Starzino is eligible to disable users Accounts and forfeit their Account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they will be noticed of gaining, attempting to gain an advantage of trading information of their cards or establishing a collusive agreement with other users to take an unfair advantage. These advantages may consist of chip dumping and transfer, discussing a hand during play, multiple using a single Account, soft playing. Starzino provides the rigorous examination of play by both manual and automated ways and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, Starzino provides proactively and randomly examining gameplays and Accounts.
9.3. Fraudulent activity
Once Starzino noticed a fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (including using the VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or making bets, wagers or poker play through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we are eligible to block user’s Account with forfeiting of all Account balances without prior notification. Don't go to this casino

Don't go to this casino. My twin brother recommended this one at first cuz of the deposit bonus, made an account and started playing. Won 550 euro's but when I cashed out something went wrong with my verification. Went into the chat multiple times about it and explained that it probably went wrong because my twin brother lives on the same address and we share the same surname and birth date, but you can literally see the difference in our names. After more than a week they finally responded and said they permanently banned my account and accused me of fraud/scam. Being a twin is not something illegal... literally did nothing wrong but because I won money they decided to ban me. Mailed them back about this over a week ago and also included both me and my twin brothers ID as proof, but still no response. Please guys just don't play here if you win your not getting your money.

If someone at Starzino sees this you still got a chance to fix this. You can mail me back on the same mail im using for this review.
