This experience was great and educational. I learned a lot from my experience. I know what to do at my job and how to handle things properly.
Easy to understand the subject. Test covered all aspects of what is required.
It was a good training session, but it took me 3 hours because I had to use closed caption. The closed caption was too quick to read everything before going forward with the next lesson. I had to keep going back to the previous, so I could finish reading the closed caption. Wearing hearing aids, closed caption takes longer to comprehend than a person with no hearing problems.
