Top quality and high value
This service is absolutely the best value for my money and especially my time. I have always wanted to stay fashion current. But have the fashion skills of a 2-3 y/o; at best; and little time to invest. It’s all done for me at an exceptional price.
The boxes are cohesive with items I want to wear and could never source myself.
I am always excited for my next box.
The customer service exceeds all expectations.
I subscribed and took the quiz. I never thought to update or comment on what had been sent. The feedback has lead to even better selections made for me.
I feel this service is curated for me and not the masses.
Tried anther service prior. The quality was inferior and felt it was the same for thousands of customers. It was more expensive and required returns.
Stately makes me feel the selections are for me, are high quality and I will be a long term customer.
(Probably upgrade near the holidays for the holiday party season.)

Definitely a promoter
I love this service. I have received three boxes so far and each one has gotten better. The fits in each box are definitely something I look forward to wearing. I did have a few issues with exchanges (mostly for size issues) but those were addressed and fixed immediately by the concierge team. Each box has been filled with high quality brand clothing at a great value for the price of my monthly subscription.

Strong style direction and several standout pieces
I’ve had a very good experience with Stately so far after two boxes. The biggest strength has been the overall style direction. The boxes have helped me build a polished business casual wardrobe, and several items were excellent right out of the box.
Some of my best pieces have been a textured blazer, stretch chinos, slim straight denim, a Weatherproof knit shirt, and a Ben Sherman shirt that pushed me slightly outside my usual choices in a good way. That was a real plus. The service introduced me to pieces I likely would not have picked myself, but that worked well for me.
I did have a couple of sizing misses, including a dress shirt and a belt, and one or two items felt less premium than their stated value. But most of the selections were on target, fit my style well, and made the service worth it overall.

I was a member before at a lower tier and had an ‘ok’ experiences. This time I signed up for the top tier Presidential and couldn’t be happier. Stylist is great, clothes are unique and high quality. Pricey, but for what you get it’s a great deal.

Worse company ever.. automatically charges then wont let you cancel before they ship anything out. Rude automated responses.. no way to cancel online which btw is very close to being a law.

We do send renewal reminder emails prior to orders being processed, and members are able to manage their subscription — including canceling — directly through their account on our website before the renewal is charged. Our Member Services team is also available five days a week to assist with managing accounts or answering any questions.
In your case, since you mentioned you planned to refuse the box, we also offered a coupon code for the amount paid so you could use the amount in our Unboxed store. Our team is working with you within the parameters of our policies while still trying to provide a helpful resolution.

I have been using stately’s service for more than a year now and have never had a bad box. They are prompt in response and a couple of times that i needed exchange, it was done with no issues. Apparel and accessories are of high quality. I am not in their box segment with suits but would be trying that out in future as well

Very difficult to do business with
Very difficult to do business with. I made an order and canceled it within a couple of days. They didn’t even have my measurements at that point. A week later I get correspondence from them about my order to which I reply that the order was cancelled. They didn’t even have my measurements at that point, nothing was curated or shipped. Rather than acknowledging the cancellation, they decided to ship an order any ways. They are a total scam. Avoid

We let you know this via email and would be happy to help with an exchange if you would like!

Guys, use them. Its worth it
The styles and quality of brands you get to choose from are extremely high end. The ease with which to choose outfits on the app, is so easy. In the event you had a return, they make it a very simple process.
And my stylist is spot on with her selections. Gosh, I actually feel good when I go out now.
Customer service is always checking in with me, and advising me of next box delivery. Truly awesome. Wonderful service!!

Why I Stuck with Stately
Stately delivers first class service. I didn't love the first pieces I received, but my stylist and folks at customer service didn't give up, and worked with me to figure out a great fit. It's rare to receive personalized and efficient service like this today. Stately is top notch when it comes to really listening to the customer and meeting their needs.
