Dreadful product received . I did the ordering in a rush for a Christmas advent calendar and didn’t think to look at reviews - lesson learnt- what I received is nothing like what was advertised.

I bought what I thought was a soft cloth doll which was shown in the picture in an attractive presentation box with a small stuffed toy beside it. The plastic doll that arrived came on its own, wrapped in plastic and was very cheap looking -- certainly not worth the money I paid for it. However the clothes it is dressed in, particularly the cardigan and scarf are well knitted and fit the doll well.

I ordered a beautiful cow wall sculpture from this company, however when it arrived it looked nothing like the photo on the website, and it was broken. After many emails back and forth they sent me another one, even though I asked for my money back. The exact same substandard and mis advertised item arrived. It is impossible to get a refund from this company. How I wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews first

This is a scam website. Do not go near it. I dont normally fall for scams like this. They clearly got me on a bad day.Bought a 10tb hard drive. The product is clearly fake. I should have spotted this as the price was way too low for what they claim your getting. They claim your getting an axton hard drive, which ive never heard of. What you get is a fake seagate drive.(actually a case that says seagate, this is not a hhd) They've reconfigured the drive so it appears that it holds 10tb. What it actually holds is 28gb with a very poor read/write rate of arount 14mbs. It fails once it reaches the 28gb capacity. Also it is solely powered by usb which would be impossible for a 10tb hdd which would require a power bank to run. It clearly isnt a mechanical hdd. It has no weight to it. This is worth nothing and is a money grab by a crooked website. Yes you are sent a product but try returning it and getting your money back.Good luck. It gives the impression that this is an australian website. This is a chinese scammer. Ive opened a paypal claim. Paypal should not associate themselves with these scam websites or they are juat as complicite.

I ordered a willow like cow head for my wall. It was resin and not willow like at all and half the size they said it was.

Absolutely terrible product, the color was supposed to be light pink it was an orange peach. Quality is terrible its see through and thin. And no refunds this company is a SCAM! don't buy from here

It's a SCAM!! They deserved NO star!
Ordered 2 women's raincoat, items arrived are not as discriced or looked like what they advertised online. They are not raincoats, but just a cheap polyester poorly made jackets.
Asked for refund, but they offered to pay me back 25% of what I paid & keep the items.
I didn't accept the offer, as the jackets are really ugly, I don't see myself wearing them.
They ignored my email after I declined their offer.

Poor quality fabric and material. Photos are misleading.

Avoid- have been waiting two weeks for the shoes to arrive. When I contacted them to enquire, they then sent me a fraudulent tracking link (which showed an item being ordered in 2022)

I just want to thank everyone for their reviews, you've saved me from disappointment as well as money and I'm very grateful you took the time. Nobody has money to waste these days and it's horrible discovering what appears to be a very smart company, is actually a shoddy scam. Thanks so much to all the people that cared enough to warn others.

This site is a drop ship site selling cheap product shipped from China. Paid $135 for two small outdoor garden lights which took over a month to arrive. When they did they were packaged poorly and they aren’t solar powered they are USB charged. Avoid unless you want to overpay for Temu junk.

Terrible company. Their own shipping policy states 4-6 delivery days. Ordered something with this in mind. Contacted them to confirm it would arrive, they then told me it is 7-14 days. I kindly asked for a refund then as it would not arrive in time and they told me I couldn't have one as they had shipped the product, to which I checked my order status and sent them proof it was still waiting to be dispatched and they have then stalled me and refused to give me my money back. Awful experience, would not recommend at all

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I thought I was ordering from an Australian based brand.
The item I received was cheap plastic garbage and much smaller than the photo online.
They tell you when you order that any return costs will be at the buyers expense but not that returns will be sent to China!
I don’t even know how I ended up down this rabbit hole that led me to their cheap and nasty landfill.
I’ve had to let it go but costly learning!

Brought a pair of white cowgirl boots and when I got them they were not the boots I purchased. They blamed the difference on the lighting and visual effects until I noticed the stitching was different also. They kept relling me they would refund less return charges and I could keep them. They gave me back less than half what I paid. Absolute scammers!!

No chance of a refund sadly putting this down to a lesson learned.

False advertising. Poor quality product with tear in the fabric. Unusable in its received state. When I requested a refund, I was told the maximum I would receive is 40% and no refund for the cost to return the product. They have basically received $150 of my cash for nothing.
