They are a money rip off company!

This was my 2nd purchase from Statik. My first was the cable with the magnetic end that would pair with a magnetic "nub" (not sure what it is really called) that would stay embedded in my device so the "port" was protected from the wear and tear of repeated "plug ins". I absolutely love the fact that the end of the cable rotates so easily so as not to put stress on the cable. So...when I saw that Statik had come out with a suction phone mount AND a back up battery pack, I just had to have both. Neither has disappointed, although it is early days. Ask me again in a year or two. It has been at least two years since my first purchase and I couldn't be happier with the cable/nub. Should I ever need more "accessories" I would 100% check out what Statik has to offer before looking further. My only suggestion to Statik is that I would have preferred have the option to choose (in my case) 3 "nubs" that were compatible with my apple phone....rather than getting one of each of the most popular connectors. Also...the option to buy more of the "nubs" withoul buying another cable would have been very welcome.

The price was right, and the shipment was fast. One suggestion is to include an attached bag to secure the tips when they are not in use and prevent them from being lost.

Agents on the one power bank tend to get out of the holder provided so I found a small bag for them. I love that you just change the tip - not a lot of cords all over! Sturdy cables and the connects don’t fray in 2 weeks like others. I really like the bendable or!

Statik products are very useful, and their performance is as good or better than cables provided by manufacturers, however, the price is significantly more than expected, which limits their usefulness.

I've never been so disappointed in a single product in my entire life.

I got these for like 30 to 40 bucks for me and my BF for Valentine's day and both of them are pretty much garbage. I tried plugging them up to charger blocks it reccomends as well as well outlets on my vanity (which I've never had an issue with) & both times it was slow/damaged charging for both oue phones

Messed up part is I then tried plugging a basic video game console chaeger instead and it shot up to 10 in 4 minutes from 5%

When I had a dilemma with my order, they gave me options to choose from, easy. Customer service was great. It didn't take long to get back to me.

I really did (note the tense) love the products, but sadly cannot say the same for the customer support.

A) Products:
The concept of a swivelling cable end with magnetic tips which detach is fabulous, I cannot fault it. They look good, function well. Most of them. I have both the old ones and the new ones (and the tips/cables are not interchangeable, which is a shame but understandable) as I have been buying them for our family for years without issue.

The recently purchased GloBright Pro cable, however, is unusable. I wouldn't mind it lighting up, even as brightly as it does, but the strobing?! I have had to wrap mine to lessen the headache-inducing effect, but fear that the others have effectively binned theirs.

The Statik 360 Pro Adapter is another great concept, but sadly is not the same quality as our many earlier cables- the pivot is extremely stiff, kind of defeating the object.

B) The customer support:
Nice people. Really they are. However they are clearly overstretched and without adequate tools/training/whatever. I have in the region of 30 emails between them and myself to resolve one issue from before Christmas and it took me until today to resolve it. In total I have just archived 93 emails, but many of them will be the incessant "offers" for which I cannot blame the staff.

C) My advice:
Use a credit card and make sure to screenshot every email where a promise is made and keep a record until after you received and tested your goods.

Because, while they will happily send you a replacement, it all takes time. Sometimes a lot of time without any information from the company (logistics are "farmed out" so that is a contributing factor). At best- they will give you a store credit which may or may not work, while the products change prices almost weekly and go on sale (and, as a result, out of stock) and off again quite quickly.

In closing and for full disclosure: the concept and, most of the time, also the quality is great. We have washed tips by accident and they still worked after. The cables look good and last. OK, so a magnet once fell out of one of the tips, but it might have been hard-done by by one of the family. However being a fair bit of money out of pocket and seeing how it is possible for refunds to disappear back out of one's bank account? It can only pull the average down.

Love the product. Love the swivel but I wish the magnet connect is a little stronger.
