I love this shop, always have a great experience. I love Japanese stationery and you can find many hard-to-find items here. The customer service is wonderful.

I have found items here that were out of stock everywhere, easy to purchase, and the customer service process was very pleasant.

It is the second time that I order from them and I am very happy with my items, exactly as described. The parcel came quicker than expected, it came from Japan all the way to France in just a few days and the parcel was well packed. Very good communication via email, kind and helpful staffs :)

I have made quite a few purchases with the company and each time the transaction has been smooth. Items for sale are unique/hard to come by. Photographs are provided and items shipped promptly. The items are packed well and delivery time is excellent (The caveat is that I'm not located across the globe from Japan). I have seen custom listings for customers, but I have not been able to find out how to request for such services. My inquiries on the same have unfortunately gone unanswered. However this is more of a bonus service and hence does not affect my rating. :)

I can't believe how fast my order was processed and shipped! These were hard to find items and I'm so excited to have them so carefully wrapped and packed and considering this was an international shipping it arrived so quickly! Love this store so much!!
