Thankyou to Amanda Dixon (5* Dentist)and Dale (5* dental nurse)for being so patient with me, I was so nervous today getting a couple of fillings,
They both was brilliant and caring, they put me at ease, also made me laugh 😊

I have previously left this practice for their lack of organisation. I always turned up to my appointments on time and I had to wait as long as half an hour (as a private patient). I came back years after I left and to be honest, their appointments are much better. However, the staff aren’t friendly, only two people were friendly out of all of them. The dentist I had doesn't know what he is doing sometimes. For a simple procedure, he told me the wrong treatment plan and doubled up the price as if I’m doing the procedure twice. One of their hygienist is absolutely amazing and the other is the opposite. My last hygienist appointment with her was the worst I have had so far. If feels like she doesn’t like her job or sick of it.

This Dentist practice is by far the best around. I called up, distraught due to a broken plate, I was met with empathy from Teagan on the telephone, she was amazing. The appointment was set within 20 minutes initially! I had to amend but within 24 hours I'd seen a Dentist, who again was understanding and helpful and one more day......and im here with my new plate! The girls on the desk are so lovely and friendly, real credit to this Dentist. I can't praise them all enough, truly great service and I would thoroughly recommend them

Exceptional Dental Practice I was a lifelong nervous patient who is normally terrified when going to any dentist. Station House Dental Care was recommended to me by several existing patients and I will never visit another dentist again. Sarah and her fantastic staff are friendly and utterly professional and do everything to make you feel at ease. World Class dental work at a very reasonable price means that I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you so much to all the team at SHDC!

I moved to this practice following a house move and was reluctant to leave my old dentist. I’m a nervous patient but have found Station House practice to be consistently great, pre COVID-19 and then also in follow up. The support staff are efficient and responsive and I have found all the dental staff caring and welcoming. They have been particularly good in engaging my young daughter during her early experiences in dental care. They have treated me brilliantly through my own anxieties about treatment and I highly recommend.

Exceptional service and customer care, the team put you at ease about your treatment and really do go the extra mile. Me and my partner wouldn't go anywhere else!

What can I say after a few days with my 10yr and a cracked tooth lee and the team went above and beyond yo try get my daughter in the same day after being turned away by multiple other dentists as they was full! After a filling and course of anti biotics shes back at it giving me the gob pain free thank you so much station house I can't thank you all enough

I have seen both Sarah and Philip at different times, they have been extremely kind and understanding around my anxiousness.
My initial appointment was for a check up due to jaw pain. Philip was able to give great advice on how to treat this and manage it going forward.
On my visit with Sarah, I had a hygiene appointment. I was nervous at the appointment due to my history of allergies but Sarah was extremely knowledgeable which made me feel so much more comfortable.
I chose the clinic because I had been previously and knew that I would have a good experience there, all staff are friendly and welcoming.
The initial appointment cost was around £40 but I have since joined the practice on a full care plan.

Just wanted to say thank you for today, it’s always a pleasure seeing Sarah, she’s amazing in her talent, and wanted to say thank you so much for my new veneer. It’s perfect!

I know you have all had a bad day with emergencies, and you were over run, but wanted to thank you all, and show my appreciation, I am always made to feel welcome, and are always pleased with your work, and look forward to seeing you all in six months.

Been back to the dentist today,I have a dental phobia but rang up voluntarily for once as I was having some niggles in my teeth, I needed fillings which the lovely Sarah sorted out for me while being so reassuring and caring.What a lovely dentist, I would recommend to anyone especially if you are nervous, if I can do it anyone can believe me.Thankyou so much Station House Lee Booth for helping me and getting me out of the agony I had during lockdown, and for continued understanding and brilliant treatment and advice.It means so much that I don't have to worry about my appointments,before attending I had not seen a dentist for years- your team and especially Sarah have restored my trust.Fabulous people 😁
